Comment : Chris Cox is top tier. I’ve taken multiple things to him and never had a single issue. He takes care of things I dont even have to ask to be taken care of! He just knows what it takes to keep a customer!

Comment : What ever you do make this the last place you get a windshield replaced. Giving Complete one star is doing them a favor. They out source other people to replace windshields, but take no responsibility when the work is done poorly.

Comment : I took my 2019 Nissan Rogue to Complete Auto Body & Repair for hood and windshield damage. The body work was outstanding but the windshield was not. After I picked up my vehicle on the way home my front light dome (also houses my eyeglass hold) fell and hit me in the face. Thank goodness I was wearing shades!! I called them and took the vehicle back a few days later just to be told whomever put my windshield in broke the brackets to my light dome. Complete made good, ordered the part and fixed it. Well a few days after that it rained. The inside of the windshield and my dashboard were soaked. I called Complete again and they said to bring the vehicle back so the windshield could be "sealed". From the moment i got my vehicle from them I could hear wind and could tell the windshield is not properly sealed!! Then later my ABS light came on. I took it to Dobbs and they immediately asked if I recently had a new windshield put in. The camera for my ABS was just sitting inside it's console and not properly mounted. My husband called Complete about it and they claimed they'll call him back but haven't. He's also called multiple times about the windshield and Complete is not returning his calls. Dobbs is almost sure the wrong windshield was put in but they're not touching it and told me to take it to the dealership!! What ever company Complete contracts out for glass repair has NO INTERGRITY!!! Now I'm going to have to contact the BBB and seek legal action for this horrible windshield which cost $1100!! I've been going to Complete for years but not anymore!
