Comment : I scheduled tow service for my car sitting in my driveway. Didn't know why it wouldn't startup the lights on the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. The steering wheel was locked up. Tried moving it in Neutral. Nothing. Then Charles this handsome ?? towman pulls out his electronic gadget hooked it up to the car find out it was the battery, but also it was more than that. The lights were still lit up on the dashboard. Charles was very informative about the battery and attractive at the same time. ??I want to thank Charles for his prompt timing, his knowledge and professionalism. Thank You Compass Towing and Recovery. I'll specifically ask for him again. ??

Comment : I had a really great experience with Compass Towing & Recovery. I needed my car towed to a mechanic shop after getting a flat tire and not being able to drive.

MJ, the driver who came out, did an excellent job from start to finish. He handled everything smoothly, loaded up my car carefully, and made the whole process stress-free. I rode along with him, and during our short conversation, I found him to be very friendly and easygoing.

It?s always reassuring to come across someone who clearly takes pride in their work, and MJ definitely does.

Thank you for your help, MJ?if you?re reading this, I really appreciate it! I would absolutely recommend Compass Towing & Recovery to anyone in need of towing services.

Comment : Used them twice this week... on Monday, the original arrival time was predicted to be 2.5 hours, but came in less than an hour. Driver knew his job, and was friendly and helpful. Thursday, the truck arrived when scheduled, different driver, but again knowledgeable and friendly. Great tow company. Highly recommend.

Comment : Charles came to rescue me off the side of 95! He was friendly, professional, kept me informed about when he would be there, and what he was doing once he arrived. He made sure that I was safe going from my car to his truck. Wonderful experience in an otherwise yucky morning.

Comment : Had a slight problem with my car went through my insurance to have my car towed tomorrow house. My driver was Thomas he was professional and friendly. It was a bit of a wait due to a lot of activity on the roads. Great service thorough and accommodating i appreciate hardworking people as I am one myself. Thanks again Thomas. Stay safe out there

Comment : Worst tow company. Did nothing but lie to me. Took them 3 hours to get my truck from 3 mins away. Charged me $50.00 for skates that were not used because the tow truck driver came to get my keys. Do not recommend! Stay away from this company. Lairs and thieves!!!!
