Comment : We had an amazing experience at Community Chevrolet! Nancy made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for.

We ended up purchasing a 2026 Silverado 2500, and we absolutely love it! ?The whole team was professional and welcoming from start to finish.

If you?re looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Nancy at Community Chevrolet?you?ll be in great hands!

Comment : I have been bringing my car to Community Chevolet for years. Carlos has seen me through a lot of repairs, my car is a 2012 Yukon Denali. I trust the work that has been done. Carlos makes sure that my car is ready for the next adventure.

I took my truck in for a routine oil change on a Friday, drove it home and left it in the driveway. Saturday morning I noticed a small puddle under the truck...a leak that was never there before. Didn't drive the truck all weekend and took my truck back to them Monday to get it inspected. Mind you, I have done 100% of my services at the dealership and every time I go in, I receive a comment as to how great I have been doing with the maintenance up-keep. Well this time, I was told the "technician found a coolant leak in the engine camshaft carrier" and a quote for over $9K to fix it! I was in disbelief. They did escalate to GM Corporate to ask for assistance (without me even asking) and got approval to reduce the bill to a little less than $4K, which I suppose was meant to be helpful...but the kicker is, there are NO coolant components in the camshaft carrier!!! None. I called a buddy who worked at a different Chevy location and he couldn't comprehend how they came to that conclusion. He set me up with his service team (they were equally confused by the diagnosis) and they identified a water pump issue - which made sense and was MUCH cheaper to fix. I brought this up with Community Chevy and got pretty much nothing in response. Just that they could help with the water pump (that I already had fixed) and would bring it up with management. I never heard another word about the disappointing experience, even after I explained all of my frustration to their "customer experience" representative.
Extremely disappointed in this experience and I will never be able to go back. I recommend you get a second opinion if something feels off. This misdiagnosis could have cost me thousands of dollars for unnecessary work, that would not have even addressed the dang leak. Totally unacceptable.'>

Comment : Really bad experience with Community Chevy. I would suggest getting a second opinion from another dealership if they quote you for repairs. Really unfortunate because it was my go-to place for everything, but I don't think I can trust them ever again.
