Comment : David gave use great customer service. He gave us the quotes to fix our car and explained things to our satisfaction. He was never pushy and even said that some fixes could wait until we could afford to have the work done.

This business will be our go to for car repair.

Comment : Took my car in because my rear lights weren't working. They replaced a fuse and charged me $170.00. Not even a month later the same thing happened so I took it back in since it was still under warranty (supposedly). I asked them to call me before they did anything that would cost me. Well an hour later I get a message saying I needed two bulbs (5 dollars total) but $80 for diagnosing and $70 for putting the bulbs in. I said no I'll just pick my car up. Got there and was told they have to remove the bulbs first. I asked them beforehand not to do anything that would cost me before checking with me first and was told that they always speak with the customer before performing any work on the vehicle (that was a lie). After I mentioned that the diagnosis should not have been charged since they diagnosed it less than a month ago they said they would remove it. If I would not have disputed it they would have gladly charged me. This place is terrible and I would not recommend taking your vehicle here unless you enjoy overpaying and being lied to.
