Comment : I had an excellent experience at Collins Nissan’s service center. I brought my 2021 Camry in for a tire repair, and they were able to get me in quickly with no hassle at all. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire visit.

They took great care of my car. I truly appreciate their kindness and efficiency — I’ll definitely be returning for future service needs!

Comment : I walked into Collins Nissan and was immediately greeted by Brad. He was super inviting, and when I mentioned I’d be a service customer today, he quickly noticed my spare tire and immediately directed me to the Service department, seamlessly triaging my visit to Lacey, one of the service attendants.

Lacey was incredibly courteous and attentive. She took the time to explain my options and even upsold a full set of four new tires—not in a pushy way, but by providing clear, detailed quotes, including the current discount available through April 30, 2025. She was patient, informative, and thorough, breaking down the differences between three tire options and even sharing her personal insights on a few brands.

This level of service is exactly why I’ll be a returning customer. It wasn’t just a “good day” where everyone happened to be in a great mood—I truly felt that putting the customer first is the standard here. That attitude was reflected in every interaction.

Comment : The transmission went out on my 2019 Rouge recently. With just turning over 60k miles & hitting past the 5yr mark, Nissan would not fix the issue. Although it is a known issue and was corrected on 2020+ Rogues. The Service Dept went above and beyond any expectations I could’ve dreamed of. The front desk associates stayed in contact with us, keeping us updated. The lead tech wrote up a letter to Nissan explaining their failed parts. I am so thankful to this team and for everything they did. I can’t express how much I will praise them and recommend them for years to come!! Thank you all!
