Comment : Towing service was excellent. The mechanic ran a full diagnostic, with my consent, and ordered the needed parts at the best possible price - all with my approval up front. Everyone at Collins was professional and courteous. Pricing for the work was as expected and the estimate was given before any work was done. They even shuttled me back and forth to the motel! Thanks for helping get my car back up and running quickly. I would recommend this business and use them again if I lived in the area. The mechanic (Rick) did a great job towing and fixing my car. AJ, at the front service desk, was friendly and professional and Rick Collins (owner) was also very helpful. They all made this unexpected minor disaster much easier to deal with - (cars break down at the worst possible time) - thankful that the folks at Collins could help me out. Your efforts were much appreciated!

Comment : I called for a tow at 3:30 when I was at most 30 minutes away and they said they d send somebody out right away. I called 45 minutes later and asked for an eta and they told me it was strange they hadn t shown up yet but that they would be there within 15 minutes. I called a third time after another 30 minutes and they gave me an attitude and said that the truck was on its way and just passed by the hospital (5 minutes away from where the garage is) and it took another 30 minutes for them to show up. After the tow I had asked if there was any discount for the added wait time and they told me no.
