Comment : I stopped by Collins.Collision Repair to check on fixing some scratches on my car fender. Brendon was friendly and helpful. He gave me an estimate and was able to fit me in the very next day. The repair took less time than expected and Brendon gave a great price. The shop and yard was neat and well organized.
I highly recommend Collins Collision Center over the slow, overpriced dealerships. Collins is our go-to body shop now for big or small jobs!

Comment : We had an accident and hit a curb hard with the right front tire. Ruined many of the parts and we needed a tow to get the car into a repair shop. Collins did a great job with the transport.

Comment : Came in for a quick bumper repair and they not only got it done and dealt with in under an hour, but they had snacks in refreshments for me while I waited and the staff was very nice. 10/10 would recommend and for sure would come back.

Comment : I was in a car accident and the police called Collin’s collision repair to tow my car for me. From start to finish every interaction I had with them was absolutely positive. The tow truck driver was very nice and explained everything to me about where the car was going and made sure I got all of my stuff out even saying not to rush and waiting for my ride to get there so I could unload everything. He reminded me to take a picture of the truck and gave me a “business card” (a stress ball.. honestly nice touch it was useful after dealing with insurance) so we would have multiple reminders of where the car was. After that I had to make multiple phone calls as well as go get a few things from the car and each time the people working at CCR were so helpful. They explained insurance to me and made sure I was doing what I needed to to get my car covered and not pay out of pocket. They were reassuring when insurance tried to get us to pay for storage and answered all of my questions and more that I didn’t even know I had yet. When I went to get all my stuff out the person that helped me (Brendon) made sure I got my license plate (wouldn’t have thought to do that myself) and was overall sympathetic towards the situation which was so needed at that time. During the craziness and stress of a car accident and the after of that it was very appreciated to have some calm and positive reassurance that it would all work out and be okay.
