Comment : I was in town visiting my mom over Easter weekend and stopped at IB’s for gas before heading back home to Tulsa. While I was pumping my gas, Winnie (my sweet but mischievous cat) crawled up behind my steering wheel and wouldn’t come out. I was afraid to start the car (because…does that part go to the engine? Does it get hot? Will it burn her? Will it smoosh her? Will she try to crawl out and land on the gas pedal and cause an accident on the turnpike?) and didn’t know what to do so I called Collins Collision Repair, which is located nearby. Brendan and Charlie responded so quickly. They came out, removed the panel from under the steering wheel, and helped me get her out so I could get on my way. They didn’t even charge me. I am so, so grateful for them. They are wonderful people who will go out of their way and take time from their day to help a stranger. 10/10, highly recommend.

Comment : Wow! These guys did an amazing job. I was worried about the paint match, since it's red velvet Pearl,, the parts Manager David, and his team assured me I would have no worries, I let him know ahead of time I would be picky, I picked it up, I instantly felt relieved, because of how great of job they did on the color match and parts replacement, I even called and asked David if I could bring in the LED bulbs I had bought since my headlights would be out and it would be easy to replace then he said absolutely he even installed them for me "After a crash or Collision make the right decision call Collins Collision", that's my jingle from here on out any of my vehicles will be going straight there. Comment : I highly recommend Collin???s for any roadside assistance services. Dennis was the best, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and got me, my son and truck home safely. If you need any roadside assistance services ABSOLUTELY give them a call.

Comment : If I could rate it in the negatives I would. Completely scratched my 2025 king ranch and then decided it was no problem and left it in the middle of Waterloo. They won???t answer my calls or emails. They will be hearing from lawyers . Thanks for the future paint job.
