Comment : Wrecker showed up within 5 minutes to help with a car that was high centered and stuck on a center median. They were able to pull it off with professionalism and no additional damage. I'll be using them again for any other wrecker needs I may have.

Comment : After another driver ran into my driver's side passenger door, I had to find a repair shop for my insurance company to work with. After reading the positive reviews, I went with Collins. I was NOT disappointed in any way. My insurance agent even said they were very easy to work with and it seemed nobody had any issues getting things done in a timely manner. The only thing that held them up was waiting for my replacement door to be delivered which I fault no one for there. Everyone was kind and professional and it was a breeze to pick up my vehicle once it was repaired.

Comment : I had a problem with one of their employees and started to just leave a bad review. However when picking up my vehicle, I explained the situation to the manager. I quickly received a call from the owner. I was very impressed as he showed empathy and respect as I do as a business owner. What could have been a one star review, turned into a five star. Bryce Collins is a great dude. We have since established a friendship.

Comment : They were nice and got our car in quick but the repair cost a lot for a 30 min in and out and a $45 part. May husband said they go by what the computer says to charge so we didn’t complain to them.

Comment : Absolutely fantastic service! I had a car door that wouldn't shut, latch, or lock. They spent about 10-15 minutes looking at it, fixed the problem, and sent me on my way! Very kind staff! I will be recommending them to everyone!
