Comment : I initially looked at several vehicles and ultimately purchased a new Tundra this month (3/2025), I found the experience very positive and worth the trip from Albany. I test drove a vehicle on-site but purchased a vehicle listed in the "build phase" and took advantage of the Coggins exclusive advertised savings along with a Toyota cash incentive, we agreed on a fair value for my trade. My sales representative Jon Ferrin was helpful throughout the experience, answered numerous questions and corresponded back with me during regular and on "off hours" which was very appreciated. Heather from finance was efficient, discussed the various options available to complete the transaction with no pressure, and Matt Lawrence was helpful and knowledgable in walking me through the many new features in the truck.
