Comment : work was diagnosed accurately....customer desk folks were courteous...work was done well and promptly but the $1,187.00 bill was staggering, especially for a problem that should not occur on a ten year old truck properly maintained with only 80,000 miles and oppresive for a an 80 yr.old living on social security. I had traded in a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado and had other trucks earlier that never had this problem....

Comment : Dalton Keating was a kind and understanding sales person for us at Coggins. We have bought at the franchise twice before and appreciate how much the staff (and especially Dalton) are looking out for our interests. No bait and switch here. I was honestly surprised how quickly we were able to replace our car with a great low-mileage, well-priced beautiful Venza that will serve us for many years. Making it all possible, they found us the lowest interest rate in the region. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you Dalton and Heather!
