I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. As we wandered about on our first visit to the dealership, Kevin Clark came out to greet us. The truck we were interested wasn't available then. Kevin set up an appointment for a test drive. We decided to buy the truck, and Kevin took care of the details needed to get the sale done, change registration & license plates, etc. He made sure to take care of all the issues we had. When we returned to complete the sale, Kevin and Emery Webb carefully went through the process of dotting the i's and crossing the t's needed to complete the paperwork. Kevin sat with us in our new vehicle to make sure we understood how the controls work (our first vehicle with all the new fun stuff) and made sure we understood the OnStar enrollment process. Overall, this was a really satisfying experience. We left feeling that Cody Chevrolet appreciated our business.
