Comment : I sent an inquiry about a vehicle, received a reply, a follow up on day 2 I was told sorry we were busy, 4 days later I get an email saying the vehicle I was interested in was sold, that weekend they did not say what weekend, Before or after my inquiries.
At no time during the week was I told sale pending prior to my inquiries nor any notification on the web page, saying sake pending.
My only conclusion is it had to have been sold while I was waiting for a response.
Blessing in disguise if this is how they do business. I expect this type of behavior on marketplace not a professional dealer. Lost any business from me.

If someone wants to respond to this letting me know what I am doing wrong and why I piss you off, please do so. Don't beat around the bush, just lmk'>

Comment : Idk if I just don't understand dealerships enough, but I'm 24 now, since 16 I've only owned chevys. Any time I've gone to this dealership for parts or service, it just seems like I'm pissing everyone off. Ive gone into parts a few times and the guys seem like I'm inconveniencing them. All I do is say "hey hows it going, I was wondering if you had a part in stock, heres the number" and they look at me like I'm telling them their grandma died. And with service, I even told the guy today that I was fully aware I would have to pay in full for any diagnostic that isn't covered by warranty, and that I was aware that they charge if they don't find anything (aka a diagnostic that nothing was wrong). And that I was prepared to do so. The dude looked at me the same way I look at customers at my job when they are yelling at me or calling me swears, so I assume I pissed him off or was being inconsiderate, because he looked at me like he wanted to throttle me (maybe I have a punchable face, I have been told that) I told him I genuinely don't know how bringing my car into service works (meaning like etiquette), because I try to do everything myself, and that I wasn't trying to be a jerk, but he just kept staring at me intensely. I ended up cancelling the appointment. I'm sure the techs do great work, but I have no idea. I was kind of excited to try the dealership route for service since I haven't done so since I was 16, but it seems like they might just be too busy, or they get yelled at by idiots too often, those are the only reasons I can assume someone wouldn't want work. Hope they start getting paid more or something because it kind of seems like everyone I've spoken to there hates their job.

Comment : Duane Cosgrove (Sales) and Paul Kapusta (Finance) made our EV vehicle sales/leasing experience smooth and effortless. Duane was very helpful with assisting in rebate applications and coordinating with the power (GMP) and insurance company, while Paul pulled together all the financing and vehicle registration paperwork. Duane is very knowledgeable about the EV we leased, and helped us set up our vehicle. We were very pleased with our experience.
