Comment : Stopped by to test drive a truck and was met by Duane Cosgrove. Duane was very professional without being "pushy". We eventually purchased the vehicle and Duane went out of his way to explain all of the features of the vehicle. Because the recon staff had left early Duane even cleaned and detailed the vehicle for us. Well Done!!!

Comment : So far I m not very pleased I will give accurate review when repairs are done So far had to give 1000 to have them start ??? Is it only me ? Till later also I was told the 140 diagnosis would be toward the repair .now I m getting it repaired let s see if they honor it . The man who handed my keys when I picked up my truck asked for a good review. WOW I asked about the 140 he said I gave back 233 . It was the change from the 1000 they forced me to give to even start . Poor craftsmanship had ma getting a new tranny at 50000 miles my after market insurance paid it all. I m not a lawyer but sounds like fraud by the dealer ship or my aftermarket insurance I are crooks . I m trying to not imbelish on the truth . The work seems excellent. I don t blame the unprofessional way I was treated on anyone except the person who filed the claim and didn t honor the verbal agreement and someone is responsible for me haveing to pay this time for what was coverd the last time it was repaired . Comment : The service on my older truck was fast however they suck. I bought a brand new $50,000 truck and it s still sitting on the lot waiting to be fixed because I was told the part was on backorder. They really need to shit or get off the pot if they are making new vehicles, they need to fix the ones that are waiting there to be fixed. I sit here and pay payments on it every month and I can t even drive it. They don t return phone calls. They ignore me when I walk into the building not very good customer service. Comment : I can only gather that everyone that works here is miserable and petit and pompous. On many numerous occasions employees purposely hold up traffic and block lanes of travel while pulling in to work. Also a reflection of what kind of service you can expect there.

Comment : Went for simple oil change - 1 hour - my schedule is tight so I rely on the timeline. After one hour 20 min was told my tire pressure sensor (right front) not working (I was aware and all other tires were reading fine). Also told my rear wiper was siezed (it's not!). I was not there for those things. Now none of my tires are reading on the tire sensor (they were before my visit to Codys). Comment : Have I had issues with my vehicle that I purchased, yes. But I just got off the phone with the owner Bob Cody. Never in my life has an owner from a dealership taken the time to call and ask how they can resolve a situation.Bob took the time to call, listen to the issues, and tried to find a reasonable solution to this situation.
