Comment : My vehicle is fixed now from another shop . These folks told me I needed a new motor lol. When I needed injectors only actually. Their mechanic is guessing around with all the right tools . Great customer service let?s not get that wrong. Communication isn?t bad understanding sucks .

Comment : They agreed to work on my vehicle and had talked to Mgr. twice but once I got ready to bring in vehicle he would not return my calls. Have no ideal why and left my number 3 times for him. Not a way to do business so took vehicle somewhere else.

Comment : Coastal Automotive was extremely helpful and attentive towards their customers. After my RV wouldn?t start while traveling on the road, they were able to fit me in immediately. To no fault of theirs I wasn?t able to get in until the end of their work office hours so the vehicle wouldn?t be finished until the next day. Being alone on the road they knew the stress I was under and gave me so many suggestions of where to stay and where to eat. They even offered for me to stay in my RV in their lot, but I ended up deciding a hotel would be better. They gave me a ride to and from the hotel I stayed at, and kept me up to date regularly with work being performed and would give me estimates on the time completion regularly. I also sat in their lobby area while I waited for a ride and saw how hard all the employees worked to give their customers as much help and information as they possibly could. I was put in a stressful situation, but this small business really helped put my mind at ease. I am very grateful towards them:)

Comment : My Honda had been sitting for over a year. The mechanic at Byrd Auto was diligent and patient. I appreciate the time and effort it took to get my car up and running. I also appreciate the mechanic taking time out of his busy day when I was stranded to educate me on how to handle a vehicle system error.
