Comment : Service was GREAT! The mechanics are very skilled and knowledgeable. They not only worked around my work schedule, but they called after services were provided, to make sure everything was OK.

You don't get that type of service nowadays 😒. Don't take my word for it... schedule your appointment today!!!

Comment : I feel like I was taken advantage of by this shop. I was overcharged and the problem I brought my vehicle up there for still isn't fixed. I was told I authorized repairs that I didn't. They did the job, I didn't know they started and competed it, and when I went to get my vehicle, I couldn't because they already did the work. I had to wait another week before getting it because they also added prices for things they "felt were needed" even though I said I couldn't afford the first one.

Comment : It's very frustrating to have to pay $1800 for repairs you didn't authorize and still have your vehicle making the same noise and pulling/yanking feeling you brought it up there for. I was told I authorized repairs and I know I did not. They quoted a price I knew I couldn't pay. I even offered to get my vehicle towed from the shop back to my place. I was told no worries, I didn't have to do it until I had the money. I thought that was weird but I figured they were being nice. This shop went ahead and did the repairs without my acknowledgment. (I had work done by them before and they sent a link for me to accept and decline the repairs). I did not receive that this time. I showed up to finally get my vehicle because I was told by another mechanic that I was being overcharged. They told me they already completed the repairs and I couldn't get my vehicle back until I paid them. Then I was shown an invoice that was $700 more than they originally stated. I had to wait another week before getting my vehicle, which is my only way of getting me and my children around. Now I'm pretty pissed and feel taken advantage of. I'm out of $1800 and my vehicle still has the issues I brought it up there for. Never doing business with these people again. Comment : The level of communication and service was impeccable. Guided me through the whole process from diagnosis to repair. Kept me up to date on all work and the speedy work was incredible. Will definitely be taking my jeep here for all my maintenance needs.
