Comment : Went in for an inspection today. Arrived at approx.11am. after checking in and waiting 45 minutes, still did not have the inspection even started yet, another person pulled in went to counter an asked for an inspection also, that person was helped within 5 minutes of being there. I went back to the counter and asked for my keys back and left. I can NO LONGER RECOMEND this place for getting an inspection done.

Comment : If your vehicle is 2017 or newer just go to the dealership. They don’t know what they are doing in my opinion. They charged me almost $2K to screw my truck up more because they didn’t know how to properly change the oil pump. They couldn’t figure out why it kept leaking from the oil pan. It was because you are supposed to replace it when you take it off. Instead they attempted to over tighten it. Then after me taking it back to them to fix 3 times, they made up a reason about the turbo causing too much pressure and said take it to the dealership. Dealer knew exactly what the issue was and what their excuse was without being told. Dealership cost me another $1400 to fix everything the backyard mechanics at Cliff’s messed up. Bottom of my truck is still caked in motor oil. Really annoyed at the damage to my truck and wish I would have just gone to the dealership to begin with.

Comment : I’m not usually one to post about my business experiences, but I wanted to share this one. I’d been shopping for new tires, and not only did they offer the best price, but they also had the exact tires I wanted in stock. When I went in for my appointment, the team at the counter was great—they walked me through the process and even offered a discount on the alignment. I was in and out in less than two hours.
