Comment : My son was traveling from Ft Bliss to TN on July 3rd when his splash guard underneath his car came loose and was hitting pavement. He still had a long drive ahead and Colby and his team got him in right away and took off the splash guard as it wasn’t able to be secured, so he could continue his drive safely! They didn’t charge him and helped put this momma’s mind at ease! I am so thankful they were able to help out! Thank you 😊

Comment : Came in because of a huge hole in our tire. Was unable to fix it and offered supreme service in swapping out tire and placing spare on for now until we can figure out what to do. No charge. These guys are the best! Thank you Colby and Anthony for the best customer service we always expect to get when we come here. It’s why we choose to always come back. God bless you guys! 🙏🏼

Comment : Took my 07 Corolla in for rough start, extended crank b4 starting once warm & the check engine light was on. 9 days later they inform me that the upline 02 sensor was the culprit and the total cost would be roughly $600. Gave them the green light two days later they inform me it's ready and said it turned out to be all 4 fuel njectors. The price was over $900 after they charged me a $27 surcharge to pay with my CC. $5 in quarters was missing from my door, the engine cover was in the back seat without the retaining nut and the check engine light came back on today. The 2007 toyota Corolla is about as easy as they come to work on. $900 later & 12 days for 4 injectors and missing the emmisions issue is pretty sad imo. Cannott recomend this shop.

Comment : As someone who knows nothing about cars it?s so easy to go to an automotive shop and get tricked into buying things that aren?t really needed so they make extra money HOWEVER cliffs really helped me out and you could genuinely tell they cared about the safety of me and my 9 month old daughter. No judgment and some of the kindest people I?ve ever met. I can?t thank you enough for how much you helped me out!

Comment : I am in Arkansas and my sister was in Texas and needed a battery and I looked local and found Cliffs and they handled everything and it was close to closing but the feller took great care and got them back on the road!!!
