Comment : Outstanding customer service!!!! Courteous, knowledgeable, efficient staff who explain what needs to be done & why. If an estimate changes while work is being done, customer is notified immediately & given the option of getting recommended services done. The BEST place in the State of Texas to get your car serviced (or buy tires) when the warranty has expired! I recommend Clear Lake Auto to all of my friends & family. (Appts not required but recommended; an auto shop this outstanding is ALWAYS BUSY!)

Comment : Buyer beware. I got a few quotes from this shop and every time I questioned an item, the price would magically go down. It felt dishonest, like they were waiting for someone who doesn't know any better to take the bait so they could charge outrageous prices. I ended up taking it to another shop down the street for half the price.
