Comment : Worst place to go if you buying a car sold me a 2016 jeep grand Cherokee that only lasted a year as soon as I bought it started giving me problems try to trade for another vehicle they gave me problems they had the jeep for 3 months to fix one of the major issues with the engine now the transmission leaking at the end of the day I ended up losing lots of money I just did a self repo so I won’t waste anymore money with this place save your money go somewhere else

Comment : I had my 2023 heep gladiator in for oil change and tire rotation. My service rep craig sill was great from the first phone call to picking up my truck. I had a great experience. I will be taking my jeep there in the future for any sevice i have . Thank you !!!

Comment : Jessica was my point person on this sale. Can’t say enough nice things about her. Professional, very organized and communicative. She’s the best I’ve dealt with in my adult life. This was a quick trade in of my truck for another they had on the lot. Their truck was fairly priced and they gave me an honest fair value for mine. I travel over 6 hours one way to get this done. I wasn’t disappointed at all from start to finish. The sales manager was nice as good be as well. Very professional and didn’t try to upsell me on anything when we signed paperwork. That right there meant allot to me. It was well worth the trip and my family will be using them going forward for any future vehicle purchases.

Comment : Nobody and I mean NOBODY beats the ram service department in Madison Ohio. Craig and Bob have been taking care of me for years and they have never failed me even once. I'm always treated like family and made to feel safe when I have a break down. I will forever buy my cars and trucks here and have them serviced right here with Craig and Bob they are literally the best!

Comment : This was my first time buying a truck—or any vehicle at all. I’m 18, so I had a parent come with me to make sure I didn’t make any rookie mistakes. The night before, we had a bad experience at a different dealership—false pricing, poor service, and just an overall bad vibe.

But when we came to this dealership, it was a completely different story. They were quick to respond earlier in the day, and when we let them know we’d be coming in early, they greeted us outside with keys in hand, ready to go. We wanted to talk numbers first (just to make sure we weren’t getting taken for a ride again), and they were upfront and transparent from the start.

We looked at both trucks, took one for a test drive, and not long after—I drove off the lot in my brand new (to me) truck!

Everyone there was great, especially our salesperson, Jessica. She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. I never once felt pressured or unsure. The finance manager was just as awesome—he explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and honestly was just a good guy to talk with. And side note: if you go, take a look at his signature—it’s seriously impressive!

All around, I had an amazing experience and would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thanks again to everyone who helped me out!

Comment : I was discussing wanting to see a Jeep Wrangler for 3 days, where it was still in service prepping for sale. I was told on several occasions they would send photos as soon as the vehicle was ready and cleared for sale. Instead, when I reached out ont he fourth day, the Jeep was miraculously sold without me even having an opportunity to see it. Of course a Jeep with significantly higher mileage was availabke. I am a little confused how a car that is not ready to sell was sold. I would definitely never recommend someone purchase a vehicle here. They obviously don't care about taking care of a customer they were already discussing a vehicle with.

Comment : I would give this place zero stars if possible my jeep was taken to them by a body shop for some repair work. R.o date was 02/06/25 completed 03/05/25 took them a month to figure it out. After back and forth with them telling me the part is on order the part is here the part is not here and so on i got fed up and ordered the part myself from my local dealer . And could you belive it the part I ordered showed up the next day. I delivered it to them and it was fixed the same day. I belive this place does not care about you if you didn't by the car from them or it's a insurnace job. Please stay clear of the service dept.

Comment : Classic CDJR is a really transparent dealership that doesn't try to yank you around like nearly all the others. I spoke with Ashley about a particular vehicle and she was fantastic. Do not hesitate to bring your business to Class CDJR. You'll be happy you did and you'll also save yourself from the monumental hassle that you'd likely experience by going elsewhere.
