Comment : I had a 7:30 appt for an oil change and it took just under 2 hours. At an hour and a half, I asked what was going on. It seemed like I was forgotten or something (based on the service agent's response) and him talking to another rep. After that, they finally got it done. That is an unacceptable wait for an oil change, especially WITH an appointment.

Comment : It really took a long time to get the airbag in to perform this recall. I believe I was notified of the recall a couple of YEARS ago, but was unable to get the part in. After making an appointment it still took most of the day to complete the recall.
