Comment : NIGHTMARE!!!! BEWARE!!!After moving to the area, I needed a new mechanic. I was recommended by a friend. I called first thing in the morning and spoke to Jim. After explaining my car was older, and that I lost my husband who took care of all of that. I needed a new honest trustworthy mechanic. We had a pleasant conversation on the phone that morning, I decided to bring my car in for oil change and a diagnostic. Well, I felt totally taking advantaged of.90 BUCKS plus tax for an oil change, which is my fault for not asking first and used to paying 50 and told me new brakes and throw away rotors 1200 with no estimate. I said I was looking for a mechanic not someone who was going to take advantage of my situation. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.

So when you see so many people give Clark's Automotive Repair in Williamstown, NJ the thumbs up, it counts! Let me add another thumbs-up to the pile. Thank you to Jim & the team & the folks at NAPA for helping out this damsel in serious distress. All we customers ask for is for things to be fair, honest, & competent. It's hard when you're traveling out of town in extreme winter weather in an emergency with an old car. Clark's came through big-time and I'm down the road and moving on in my quiet safe ride! Ignition repaired, check Exhaust repaired, check.Lights repaired, check!
