Thank you to Jim & the team & the folks at NAPA for helping out this damsel in serious distress. All we customers ask for is for things to be fair, honest, & competent. It's hard when you're traveling out of town in extreme winter weather in an emergency with an old car. Clark's came through big-time and I'm down the road and moving on in my quiet safe ride!
