Comment : I had a tire that was needing air and took it to Mr. Tire. They found 2 nails in the Tire and fixed them. The customer service and follow up was Great. I would highly recommend Mr. Tire services.

Comment : I recently visited Mr.Tire for vehicle repairs. While the manager was very professional and courteous, two other employees were rude during my interaction.I brought my vehicle to the shop in drivable condition, but after their service, it was no longer operable and had to be towed. When I addressed my concerns, the higher management above the manager was somewhat inconsiderate regarding the situation. They required me to sign a waiver stating that they were not at fault before releasing my vehicle. Even after I expressed that I was uncomfortable signing the document, the manager informed me that the only way I could retrieve my vehicle was by signing it.While I acknowledge that my vehicle had pre-existing issues, it was still drivable when I brought it in. Now, due to their handling of the repairs, it is no longer drivable. I believe this situation was not handled appropriately, and I am seeking a fair resolution. Comment : I contacted Mr. Tire on a Sunday told them what I needed and they ordered the tires at that time and set-up an appointment for the next day. They were friendly and fast and knowledgeable. I will use them again.
