Comment : Booking the appointment by phone and service in person was great! We have a Tesla that needs special jack equipment. The shop in Boone said they service Teslas all the time. The staff was super friendly, kept us updated every step of the way and timely. We had a leaking tire fix and tire rotation. They will be my go to when we are in the area. Thank you!

Comment : Left the truck there this morning to install the front receiver hitch about 11.30AM. Asked them if they could install and they said should not be a problem. By 1PM, got a called and said they need to cut the front bumper which yes it’s okay. By 3PM they called again and said need to take out 2 parts which will void the warranty and I rejected and ask them to put everything back. By 5.30PM I stop by to pick up the truck and it’s still not finished. The staffs asking me to cash out and charge me about $700++ which they said for the labor cost.

I really have no problem to pay but, the jobs wasn’t complete. If they said they could not do it’s, I would not waste the whole day and leave my truck there with $700 for nothing.

I don’t know when they start working on my truck, but past over 3hours and said they need to take out some part to finished the installations.

Early morning before I went to Mr Tire, I went to RubiTrux and by half an hour they called back and said they could not do it’s without taking out the part without charge me anything. And that why I went to Mr Tire to do it’s as they did my another truck.

I didn’t expect for not to pay anything, but to take out and put back without any installation should not cost $700 and should take the whole day. I don’t know how they calculate the labor and does it’s take 5-6 hours for taking out and put it’s back without any installation should.

Comment : Great experience. Only problem I ran into was with the Mr Tire national phone center to schedule my appointment. Spent 10 minutes answering questions, then was simply sent to local number to actually schedule appt.
