Comment : Professional, courteous and efficient shop. Fixed what we need promptly without an appointment and let us know to monitor our other tires for wear. We had a belt break in one tire only. Fair and honest. Highly recommend Mr Tire @ New Market in Boone, NC!!!

Comment : On August 12, 2024 I took some new wheels to have tires mounted and balanced. These wheels were in perfect condition. After getting them mounted and balanced I brought my truck to the bay to pick them up after paying $85.00. As I watch the technician drop them face first on the pavement. I get out to confront the guy as he s trying to wipe away the scratches in hopes I didn t see him drop my $1500 wheels on the ground. Later I find chipped paint where the center cap goes where the technician slides the wheel on to be balance further damaging the paint and wheels. He disappear and the manager comes out. Very nice and apologetic however he didn t get all my information to send a claim to his higher ups. The claim is sent to travelers insurance where I had to wait a week with no answer. Thursday August 22 I was on the phone for 2 hours until I got a supervisor to finalize my payment for the damaged wheels. I do not recommend this business as they would not refund even a partial amount I paid after this whole debacle. I m disappointed to say the least.
