Comment : First time ever being to a mechanic other than the dealership. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Spencer was kind and answered all my questions at the front desk. I was worried and went in for a brake inspection, but to my surprise, there wasn’t anything wrong. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I need tire or brake repairs. This is a trustworthy shop!

Comment : This store, ALL the staff and the manager, “Austin” are top notch!! Brittany is also excellent and a pleasure to talk to. They quickly let you know just what is wrong and what you need and then give you options for repairs and even offer financing help if you need it. My time is important to me and I have never felt like I was there longer than absolutely necessary. Fast, efficient and good at what they do. Buy the warranty on tires. I had a full replacement, full synthetic oil change, alignment and couple minor tweaks and was out of there for less than what a single new tire would have cost me. (and thats including the original warranty cost 🙌😳). Seems like EVERYTHING is expensive these days but Austin and crew keep their pricing competitive so you don’t have to leave feeling like you overpaid. Love this Mr. Tire spot and they are my go to for ALL my light mechanical, tire, oil etc needs.
