Comment : I have owned dozens of cars over the past 30 years, And for all of that time I have worked on them myself. I consider myself fairly well-versed on the inner workings of a wide range of vehicles. When I go to a shop, it s because I need them to do something that I m either unable or unwilling to do. When I come to this shop, they make it quick and easy, and there s no BS. I come here because the price is good and the service is great. They ve gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions, and set them apart from their competitors. Comment : I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. My oil change cost me $142.00 and they lead me to believe that they rotated my tires which they did not do! They also told me that I needed two more services there that would be around $700.00 which I declined and went to my normal mechanic and he said that I did not need those things done. I ve never written a bad review before but they attempted to take advantage of me and lied to me about my tire rotation. I would not recommend going here at all!!! Comment : I called Friday afternoon for a possible wheel bearing going out. Brittany told me to bring it in and they would get it fixed before I left on Sunday. I didn't get a call Friday; I called Saturday morning and Austin let me know what was going on and my car was done that day. Comment : I went in for an inspection and walked out with a $211 bill. Checked in at 12:03 I checked out 12:40. Labor was $153.00. What? How? I was taken advantage of.

Comment : Took these guys over 2 hours to change 4 wheels which I hauled in loose in the bed of a truck. I had called ahead 2 days prior for no reason, what a horrible waste of time
