Comment : Had a leaky tire. Stopped in on a Sunday morning. They found a nail. Pulled it out and patched the tire. NO CHARGE! Amazing.

Comment : Mr.Tire plugged the hole in my tire from a nail that had been there a while. Fixed it without a new tire in under thirty minutes. They also didn’t charge me this time. So they have my business, plus the lady who worked there was extremely nice to work with.

Comment : I was stuck out of town on a Sunday with my VW check engine light on, they were incredibly helpful and flexible with delaying my appointment because I was having trouble with my insurance company sending a tow truck. They gave me a great recommendation for a different tow company, the local company got me there in 15 minutes and Mr. Tire had my repairs finished and my car back on the road in less than two hours. It was a phenomenally good experience and I?m grateful to everybody working at the Jefferson St. location in Boone that was able to get me back on the road so I could get home.
