Comment : Took my truck in to get my oil changed and have a broken wheel stud replaced. They had it all day and called me to come pick it up late afternoon. When I got there they said they couldn't replace the wheel stud because the guy who does that hadn't come in. Ok fine, but maybe let me know ahead of time. But whatever. When I got in my truck to leave I looked for the wheel lock key I'd left in my cupholder for them but couldn't find it. Went back in to let them know and was told they hadn't done anything with it since they didn't work on my wheel stud. I told them somebody did something with it because I'd intentionally left it in an obvious place so they could work on my wheel. The guy told me he'd check with the mechanic the next day and let me know. I never heard anything from them so had to figure out what wheel lock key I needed and order a new one before I could even take it somewhere else to get fixed. Would've been screwed if I'd gotten a flat before the new one arrived.

So yeah, definitely won't be going back there.

Comment : Had my oil changed and tires rotated. Had an appointment, but was never told when the job was completed. Ended up waiting 2 hours and only figured out they were done when I got up from the waiting room and walked to the front to see my car waiting out front. Eventually had to track someone down to ask if there were done, and pay.

Comment : I had a bad experience with Mr Tire in Waynesville a few months ago so i was not expecting much from the Arden store. But was I wrong. The guys at Arden were super great from beginning to end. These guys need to show the Waynesville store how to run a business. You won’t regret going here.

Comment : I purchased 4 Goodyear tires from this Mr. Tire auto service center about a month ago and it was a very good experience. My car insurance (USAA) was offering a 25% discount on 4 new Goodyear tires at the time, so I was able to purchase 4 specialty tires online, have them shipped to this particular service center, and schedule my appointment online, which was very convenient. The very nice gentleman I spoke with on the phone there confirmed I could get an alignment too and quoted me a price for that. He later told me that 2 of the specialty tires were coming from a warehouse in CA and they either weren't in stock or weren't able to be shipped in time for my installation appt. So he was proactive and reached out to one of his other warehouses right away when my appt. request came through, to track down 2 of my tires so they could be shipped in time for my installation appointment. Everyone there was very nice and the installation and alignment took even less time than I was originally quoted. I also overheard one of the technicians talking to 2 other customers while I waited in their waiting room and I thought they handled those customer situations with courtesy, clear explanation of things, and tried to help in the cost department whenever they could. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this particular Mr. Tire auto service center to anyone who needs tires or advice regarding their vehicle. Thanks for making this such a hassle free experience!

Comment : Chris, John and everyone at this store were simply amazing. We had problems while traveling and this crew addressed the problem quickly and even helped us find lodging. They got us back on the road quickly, for which we were thankful. I highly recommend this store!
