Comment : I would have given you a five but I feel like it was a scam you sent me a $20 off coupon in The mail when I went to use it the guy at the counter didn’t know how to use it. so he told me to sign up for your rewards program and I couldn’t get signed into that either. I could’ve went down the street and got my oil changed they do 15% off for ladies on Tuesdays .

Comment : I love this Mr. Tire!! I’ve been coming here for a couple years now for tires and minor maintenance needs, and the folks there are always super helpful and kind. Not to mention, the prices are crazy affordable and I almost always leave paying way less than I expected! Would highly recommend to anyone, but especially to others like me who value transparency, integrity, and good communication from a mechanic.

From the very first phone call, the experience was night and day compared to another location I recently dealt with. John and Chris, who I spoke with on the phone, were both polite, helpful, and immediately set the tone. When I arrived, that same level of professionalism carried through in-person with Chris and the rest of his team.

They took care of a tire rotation for me that wasn’t completed at another Mr. Tire. No hassle, no attitude, no excuses. Just handled it. Chris then went above and beyond by actually taking the time to look over my tires and letting me know that two of them weren’t in great shape. He gave me a quote to replace them that was genuinely generous, and most importantly, there was zero pressure to do it that day. Just honest information so I could make my own decision like an adult.

As if that wasn’t enough, he also gave me a quote for an oil change that was less than half of what I had just paid elsewhere. Again, no pressure, just transparency.

This location completely restored my faith in the brand. Chris and his team clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows from the moment you call to the moment you walk out the door. I’ll absolutely be coming back, and I’d recommend this location to anyone who wants straightforward service without the runaround.

Comment : We’re visiting Asheville for the weekend and sadly got a flat after driving over a nail. Made this appointment very quickly online and my husband took the car the next morning. They were great! Very quickly saw him and fixed the tire for us instead of trying to sell us a new one. Fantastic service!
