Comment : My 79 year old grandmother brought her car in to have the tire pressure sensor checked. She left her vehicle in their possession, and they sold her miscellaneous unnecessary service, such as air filters etc. Upon receiving the vehicle upon pick up, she noticed damage to the passenger door. She promptly brought it to their attention. At first they apologized and promised it would be repaired. Once they received a call from the manager Jeff he refused to repair. This business damaged a vehicle while I. Their possession and refused to fix it.

Comment : Horrible shop. Avoid! They lie and steal. My husband owns a VW GTI and we walked into the shop on Saturday 03/15 to obtain a quote for his car to have the brakes changed. A gentleman (did not get his name but he is tall) walked around the GTI to take a look at the brake pads and advised us that he would not know of the rotars would need to be replaced until they took the wheels and brake pads off. Stated that worse case scenario the job would be $680 (let's call it $700) for all brakes (front and back). Yes lesson learned, should have gotten the quote in writing. We made an appointment to take the car back to them on Friday 03/21 and advised us to be there by 8am and should only take them 2-3 hours tops. My husband took the car at that time on that day and was advised to check back at 11am. Well 11am turned into 1230pm then to 130pm then to 230pm which my husband explained he had to pick up his daughter from High School which we did in my car since his was still being worked on. FINALLY at almost 4pm, his car was done (so 8 hours to complete a brake job). THEN we he went to pay, the total was now $1100....WHAT???? They stated that was the cost which they made him sign a "estimate" stating that it was $110 per hour. He said he refused to sign and advised him he had to sign it in order to release the car so he signed it FU. Needless to say we will NOT be back to this place. Stay away from this place. They are horrible.

Comment : Was hesitant at first and was thinking to replace my starter by myself thinking it would cost an arm and a leg if I brought it to a shop but I brought my car in and turns out my starter was fine and was just a bad battery connection. They fixed it, walked me through what was wrong and gave me a great price. Saved me a headache
