Comment : I've been a loyal customer for many years. I was supposed to come in for an oil change, but my car would not start. When I called they said they'd run a 3 point diagnostic to check the battery. I didn't realize the diagnostic was going to cost $300 in labor..., total bill was $500, so I assumed the oil had been changed, but it was never done.... so I've now driven another 1200 miles on dirty oil, and wouldn't have known. I made a call yesterday because there wasn't a new sticker on the windshield.

Comment : DO NOT TRUST SEYERS! They will lie to your face and charge you double what any other shop will charge. Save yourself the time and money and go to AutoZone or Walmart.

We asked them to fix a few simple issues with our vehicle and they claimed they fixed it and charged us over $55 to tighten some screws. Got home and still had the issues. We brought it back for a battery check and they charged us again for a “Diagnostic Fee” and failed to mention the now $75 “Diagnostic Fee” for a simple battery check. Had we known that we would have gone to O’Reilly or AutoZone for free.

EDIT: I am not willing to give out my personal information on a public review. We have spoke with management and asked multiple times if any refund or discount can be applied and the answer was “No”. I have no further interest in speaking with your business.
