Comment : So bought a car from carmart on feb 9 which I don t recommend. The car has been at seyers since feb 9 a for catalytic converter and sunroof not working. Got my back yesterday march 27 check engine lights back on plus my airbag light is on. Not to mention the car is filthy on the inside. Not to mention I took the car to scanned elsewhere and they said it s the Catalytic Converter. So you re telling me they had the car for nearly 2 months and the car is still the same not to mention the rudeness . If you re reading this stay far away from car mart in Cape Girardeau. Comment : Scheduled an appointment to have a new hub bearings put on my car on a Thursday and had it dropped off Wednesday night. Katie orginally quoted me at 370 including labor. THEY DIDN T EVEN WORK ON IT THE DAY MY CAR WAS SCHEDULED. When I called to ask about it an older lady was rude and was acting like I was bothering her. Then she states it will be $502 when I asked why it was so high the lady had an attitude and said you must have been quoted wrong and the tech suggested you needed another replacement part I say fine whatever and I call them the next day (Friday). Katie answers the phone and says well the parts are in but when the tech went to work on it a piece of the rotor lining fell off and you ll need to get that replaced now quoting me at $572!? after a few more hours I call back and Katie states we haven t gotten the part in and I can t promise you it will be done today and we are closed over the weekend this means I will be without a car a total of 4.5-5 days!?! What a joke and they didn t even bother to offer any type of compensation. Comment : I parked illegally at a apartment complex and goes to tow I ask to move because I m new from area and he goes it s 150 and has his chains hooked up and rips my bumper apart trying to hook up the car and says he ll take 50$ off for doing it for a 500$+ bumper what a joke

They also are great to deal with, when things go well which is often, they are great, when it is a challenge, they are also great. period no qualification, other than fair, great, kind people!
