Comment : Everyone here was super nice and friendly. Robby was the one who checked out my car, and I appreciate him telling me what I really needed done. He gave me options along with how long I could wait with some other stuff. I really appreciated that because car services can be expensive, and having a realistic time to set up a budget instead of being pressured to do everything immediately was super helpful.

Comment : Booked an appointment for my wife's car in person after getting my brakes replaced. When she showed up for her appt they were rude about it and did not find the appointment in the system. It's fine if a clerical error or something lost track of the appointment but no need to be rude about it. Comment : Brakes plus in Colleyville has my vote. I went to Grapevine Jeep and Chrysler who told me I needed all new brakes and I was putting my daughter s life in jeopardy. Went to get a second opinion and brakes plus showed me that my front brakes had 70% life and back brakes had 40%. Both Michael and Noah are fair and responsive to customer needs.Brakes plus in Colleyville has my vote.
