Comment : I went from ecstatic and wanting to be a return customer to disappointed & Never returning. I was given a Quote where Spencer Walked around my car to tell me Exactly what was wrong. I'm trying to get home to Houston. And it took all of my funds but he worked out a deal to have my rotor and brakes done. I was ecstatic! WHT 2 hours later I was told that my car Actually needed MORE WORK that would cost another $500!!! This is After I have paid for a service that I thought was what I came for... my brakes. I was told they wouldn't know until the other brakes were done. I have confirmed with other mechanics that this is not true! If they did a Brake Inspection they would have Known that I needed additional brake work. Again... They walked me around the car to point out Supposedly All Issues. Now... not only ha e I spent all my funds (I could've gotten a remtal if my car was not going to be fixed as promised)....I was so excited that I found this company all to be let down and lied to.I'll also have to talk about this on my podcast, social media and media blog sites. As a woman we are the first to be manipulated by mechanics and car companies. For once can people be genuine to the work offered!My issue? I spent my last AFTER being told what the problem was. I did my part as a customer and was NOT GIVEN THE SERVICE I WAS TOLD.Total wash and if you are a woman... I would NOT Recommend. If you are a man that will not speak up after being told miscommunicated information, I would not go!To tell me what my issue was, I Pay, They Partially fix it is Bad Service.A Partial Truth is a Whole Lie. And unfortunately I was lied to and my last is now gone.Had I been told the truth I would have been able to rental vehicle to see my grandson and be back for work. Instead. I'm stuck truing to figure out yet again what is going on with my car. Literally the same way I brought my car in is the sam say I left. Comment : Went above and beyond for my car, all I asked for was a brake inspection, they helped diagnose a check engine light I had on, and found a nail in one of my tires. I love seeing this kind of customer service
