Comment : Stephen Burger is the General manger here at the brakes plus in Coppell, I couldn’t be happier with the experience we had. Having work done to our car has been one of the quickest and easiest time, Stephen along with all other associates were very kind and friendly and all the work being done to our car they were very transparent about what needed to be done. He provided me with the best quotes and service options to replace the brakes and rotors on my BMW X3—far better than other shops I had checked with.

Stephen also gave additional recommendations to ensure my vehicle stayed in top shape, and everything was completed efficiently and within the same day. Comment : Excellent work and staff. I took my sons car in for service and upon initial inspection it was going to be a higher amount. They called and informed me which I agreed to. Once they began the work, they noticed it would not be the higher and informed me of the cheaper price. I've been dealing with dealerships that would have kept the higher price and not said anything. I'm a permanent customer now!
