What is typically a stressful experience was made not only bearable, but genuinely pleasant thanks to your positive attitude and commitment to getting the job done right.

For example, when you ran into a complication just before closing, you could have easily sent me on my way, as the main repairs were technically complete. Instead, you went above and beyond—arranging a Lyft to get me home so you could keep the car overnight and make sure everything was resolved properly. Sure enough, first thing the next morning, you and your team identified the issue, contacted me right away, and fixed it—once again finding every opportunity to apply discounts and minimize costs even with the further repairs.

I appreciate all you and your team did for me.

Comment : Allen Church was a great advisor. I came in and thought it was going to be 45 minutes to an hour and they got me done less than 30 minutes to do a wheel alignment. He was very knowledgeable about letting me know I needed struts and would assist in the getting that done when I came back. I felt comfortable in allowing them to work on my Mercedes GLB250!!!
