Comment : I did not have a good experience with Ciocca Collision. Communication was poor throughout the entire process, and I constantly had to follow up just to get basic updates. The repair and paint work were not done properly, and the quality was below expectations. They also overcharged and replaced parts without any clear reason or actual need, which felt completely unjustified. Overall, the lack of transparency, poor workmanship, and repeated communication issues made this a very frustrating experience.

Comment : Ciocca Quakertown is the best car repair shop experience I’ve had. They went above and beyond helping me through my car repair. The process was quick, easy, and well communicated. My car came back cleaner than before and the repair work was perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a car repair

Comment : They were helpful from the start. They sent the insurance company an excellent detail of what had to be done and how long it would take. Their main place they worked on it was Quakertown but since the car was dropped off in Allentown they told me I could pick it up in Allentown. I had updates on their progress. Then I got it back earlier than expected. When I went to pick it up everyone was friendly and made sure I was on my way in a short period of time. I cannot say enough about their kindness and communication.

Comment : The communication on my repair was great! It was completed in a timely manner, and the work done was perfect. My car looks brand new! I bought my vehicle from Ciocca, and I am so glad that I got my repair here too!
