Comment : Making an appointment will not make you a priority or your time. I made an appointment for 9 AM on a Wednesday morning and did not leave until 1030. People came in after me who did not have appointments or who did not have maintenance needs nearly as simple as I did and still left before me. They service men faster than they will help women. And I was grossly overcharged. Do not go there. Clearly, unlike the rest of the free world appointment is merely a notice of imminent arrival. It doesn't make you a priority. When I mentioned this fact, I was told "everybody came in at the same time" I don't care somebody who got there at 9 o'clock should not be leaving at 10:30 especially for an oil change in an emissions test.

Stuff there are so kind and nice
They mentioned that the car may take an hour and they finished it before that, not like other places that can tell u it will take an hour and end waiting for 2

Comment : Very kind, knowledgeable, honest, and genuine guys, especially Keyshaun. They care about the customers as a whole and aren't looking to sell you stuff. I continued to have noises in my Nissan after they replaced my AC pulley and they tightened up the belts and inspected everything for free. Highly recommend this place for your car needs if you're in Katy.
