Comment : A business builds goodwill by the way it conducts itself on site as well as off-site. Whoever decided that it is a great idea to drive aggressively while driving a company car with CINCO CAR CARE written all over has no business serving the community. A photo of the individual bullying his way on the road like he owns Highland Knolls is included.

Comment : Had good experiences with this place in the past but haven't had to use them for years until today. I came in because some hoses in the engine bay were torn off by some vandals. Keyshawn (?) at the front desk promptly took my info. The mechanic came out and explain what the issue was and what he needed to do - has to jack up the car up to put the hoses back in place. In all, they had the car fixed within 45 minutes - and the price was reasonable. It is now running smoothly w/o weird noises. And they inflated my tires to proper pressures too even though I didn't asked or noticed it until after. Much appreciated ..

Comment : When I had the new tires installed I had trouble driving it. I went back and Adam told me the alignment was off. They rotated the tires again. It drives fine now. They were very professional.

Comment : One of the most honest auto care places I've been to. I brought my truck in there thinking I was gonna need a new transmission. Other places would have steered me that way. Not these guys. They honestly investigated and found I was just low on transmission fluid, which is weird cause I have no leaks. Thinking I was gonna have to spend thousands I walked out of there only paying $155 and my truck working like a well oiled machine again. Comment : I scheduled to take my truck in today to CCC to have them check the tension pulleys as they had replaced my drive belts and AC belt in April of 2024, and it was discovered the pulleys were loose when I had my oil changed at Christian Brothers in Magnolia about a week earlier. Since CCC had replaced the belts, I thought it may be covered under the warranty which Adam confirmed it could be, so wanted them to do the work to replace the pulleys. I took a day of vacation to go to CCC as I live over 40 miles away, and had my truck dropped off by 08:00. I had an appointment, so this was not a walk-in situation. I had to arrange for a friend who lives nearby to come pick me up since CCC's shuttle wasn't an option. By 11:00 am I had not heard back from anyone so called CCC to check to see what they had found and was told by Keshawn (sp?) they had not looked at my truck yet. Keshawn said he would call as soon as he knew anything. By 1:00 pm I still had heard nothing so called again. This time I was told by Keshawn that it would be at least another 1 1/2 hours before they could get to my truck to do the assessment and that I should go ahead a get a rental car as they would not have it finished today. I asked if I did this would it be ready by Friday and they could not guarantee it would. Also, was told this was not covered under any warranty so was going cost a few hundred dollars. I was, and am angry as made the appointment in advance, they knew exactly what the issue was, and know I come from a long way to have them work on the truck. So wasted an entire day only to still have a problem my truck that needs to be repaired. I called Christian Brothers in Magnolia, and they can get my truck in tomorrow, have already ordered the parts and said it will be finished tomorrow and gave me a discounted price. And will give me a ride home and come pick me up when the truck is ready. I cannot recommend CCC after this experience as they had no consideration for me as the customer and the inconvenience they caused. Then didn't even apologize when I went to pick up my truck. A lousy way to run a business.
