Comment : If I could rate 0 stars I would and if I could SUE, I also would. I brought my car here due to a loud noise I was hearing while driving. The owner, Adam, was able to discover that my hub was messed up, but he failed to mention before I left with my car that when he put the car up on his car lift, his lift killed my shock absorber. As I was driving throughout the day, my car felt like I was an airplane going through a hurricane of turbulence. I brought my car back the next morning and explained that my shock is now broken, and he told me he could replace it. My original price to pay for the sole original problem was $400 for the broken hub, now after he takes a look, I am being told I owe $1372! I came here and requested for the loud noise to be figured out, and then he breaks my car on his car lift, and expects me to pay for it! He admitted that the car lift caused this problem and told me that this happens "every 1 in 100 cars", then proceeds to tell me my car is too old and if it breaks down it's not his fault, and he tells me that maybe the bump off Highland Knolls (right by the shop) caused this. I am so upset, I came in expecting to get something fixed for a fair price, and now he is trying to force me to pay for his mistakes. I told him to completely stop working on my car, put the old hub back, and don't do any more damage. I know have a $1000 increase in problems for my car and expected Adam to take ownership for his mistakes and fix this problem he made for free, but now I have to take my car elsewhere and still pay for his mistakes. I am never coming back here, and I don't recommend this place to anyone, unless you want to pick your car up more f*cked up than it already was!

Comment : Yesterday, we experienced some sudden, odd behavior when starting and shifting the car. I got it to Cinco Car Care, and the technicians quickly determined the problem - the battery! - and had a new one installed and ready to go. I greatly appreciate their fast, professional service at Cinco Car Care!

Comment : Llevé mi Avalon 2016 al taller por vibraciones. Obviamente no lo probaron. Le cambiaron un eje y los bujes de la barra estabilizadora, le hicieron la alineación y el vehículo quedó igual de mal que el día que lo llevé, solo que me costó casi 3000 dólares. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Comment : Nuestra familia, que actualmente tiene 10 autos, lleva más de 20 años utilizando los servicios de Cinco Car Care. A medida que nos hemos mudado, hemos recurrido a otros talleres. Cinco Car Care es excepcional en todos los sentidos y, sin duda, es nuestro lugar preferido para llevar nuestros autos.
