Comment : The service was good. Text received with inspection and recommendations. The one negative point is “Not clearing warnings” This is a point of contention for me. I had the same issue from my last visit. I do not like having to return to have those cleared. This should have been done at the end of my service. Why is your service team not doing this????

Comment : They got our car right in to replace a rear turn signal bulb. We left to get some coffee and when came back about 15 minutes later, the car was done.

Comment : Wife and I have been customers of Meineke for a long time. I requested an oil change and a break inspection. I was informed that I needed new breaks and drums. Due to the cost I decided to hold off on the change for now. When I picked up my truck I notice it was partially driven up the curb. As soon as I took it out of park, it rolled down the curb. Wow someone hit that hard. As I drove home, I realized that I had almost zero breaks where they were only “mushy” before. I had plans that evening so could not address with Meineke that evening. I called Saturday mid-morning and spoke to Jason. I explained the situation and asked if they could be adjusted so I can drive it safely. He said, “that’s because you need to change your breaks”. I acknowledged that and said the stopping power was better prior to bringing it in…can they be adjusted. Again Jason said I need new breaks. He seemed very argumentative. He finally said to bring it in at 1:00 and they would see about adjusting. Uuggh, why not say that at the beginning? Due to that interaction I decided not to return to Meineke and instead drive it slowly to my buddys shop in AG. On the way there, I noticed my hood was not latched and I had to pull over on the 101 to shut it. UUUGGH. I asked my buddy if he could double check that I received a proper oil change and to go ahead and replace the breaks. Im very surprised at Meineke and specifically from Jason. I think you have lost my business simply from my conversation from him. I need a new exhaust manifold which I was going to have Meineke do but I think my buddy will get the work instead.
