Comment : I had a great experience at Christian Brothers. The staff was friendly and professional, explained the work clearly, and answered my questions. I was pleased with the service and pricing and felt my car was in good hands. I would return and recommend them to family and friends!

Comment : This particular location is not honest the guy was going to use aftermarket parts and charge me as if they wasn't until I ask. The Christian Brothers near my house in Forney they're okay they're more honest than this location. That's why I asked a lot of questions

Comment : TERRIBLE SERVICE. Went in and was told I needed to replace my radiator. Then proceeded to show me a video they took showing a “hole” where all the antifreeze was pouring out like a faucet. They told me they needed to keep my car over the weekend and they would work on it Monday. I told them I couldn't leave my car because we have 4 toddlers in case of an emergency. Then they kept telling me I shouldn't drive the car away. When I asked if I left it could they give me a ride home they said no. Next day I took the car to Meineke , showed them the video and they almost laughed because they proceeded to look at the radiator and said there was no possible way fluid should leak out like that unless the hose was pulled. They said the car was completely safe to drive and fixed the SMALL DRIP. So needless to say, looks like “Christian Brothers” might have tried to scam which is very disappointing for what they're supposed to stand for.
