Comment : I’ve had my car worked on by Christian Brothers Automotive twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. The service has been great every time, and the staff genuinely goes above and beyond. After this most recent visit, I realized I had left something very important in my vehicle, and they actually took time out of their day to bring it to me, even though I don’t live in Rockwall. That level of customer service is rare.

David especially stands out. He reminds me of the kind, honest people from my small hometown in Oklahoma, easy to talk to, straightforward, and absolutely no pressure whatsoever. It’s hard to find a mechanic shop you can truly trust, and I can say I won’t go anywhere else from now on.

Comment : I liked that they provided a digital inspection report of the work that needed to be done. It was great to see pictures that corresponded with the areas that needed addressing. They explained the repair in detail, rating the importance of necessity. They also provided Other areas of Maintance to address at a later point in time.
Good to keep an eye on. Overall, I was impressed with her professionalism and level of care and service.

Comment : I have come to Christian Brothers for several years. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable. They are pleasant to work with and are worth the cost of the service. I depend on my car and they do all they can to get me back on the road.
