Having my littles in the car, it scared me to death to possibly be stuck on the side of the road. I walked in and asked if there was any way they could put water in my car. Without hesitation, Eric, jumped up and said "absolutely!". He made sure to not only put water in but looked at the car quick to let me know what my problem was. They were so kind and understanding of the situation and saved this single momma lots of tears and stress! They did not ask for a single penny and sent me on my way. Thank yall for being so caring and kind!!! I will be suggesting everyone i know to go to this shop because of this gesture! 1 Reviews Cierra sather-jennings Madison, AL Reviewed : 04/11/2026 Comment : Everyone at Christian Brothers that we have connected with have been amazing. Their use of technology between texting and their online estimate approval system makes getting work done easy and efficient. They explain the reasoning behind their suggestions clearly, so making a choice on whether to fix something or not is much easier. While it?s never fun having issues with your vehicle, at least having it serviced by people who care- like Tommy and his team, makes it an excellent experience. 1 Reviews Dirt road legend Madison, AL Reviewed : 03/31/2026 Comment : 1 Reviews Brandon b Madison, AL Reviewed : 03/21/2026 Comment : 1 Reviews Denise d. Madison, AL Reviewed : 03/04/2026 Comment : We've used them a few times for both of our vehicles and so far we're satisfied. I'm very skeptical of auto repair shops because a lot of them are dishonest and try to drive up your bill. There was some confusion because we got a call telling us what was wrong with the vehicle and that we could pick it up at the end of the day but when we called back to give our pick up time we were told a part needed to be ordered and they would need to keep the vehicle over the weekend. It put us in a tight situation but we made it work. They had the part and the car fixed by Monday 1 Reviews Ayden younker Madison, AL Reviewed : 01/22/2026 Comment : I had my 2017 Miata serviced there 01/21/2026 to get some maintenance work done. One of the services was a coolant flush, which they originally quoted with universal coolant, which is definitely not compatible with my car since it needs silicone-free coolant. The next day I look in my coolant reservoir and it has Asian pink or Asian red, I can?t really tell. It originally had green coolant in the system, so I was a little surprised. I called and they said any Asian based coolant would be fine (didn?t say the universal coolant was compatible that time). I did more research and that seems correct, but I think it?s a little unprofessional to put a clearly different color coolant in the car. Other services performed were fine, and customer service was great otherwise. 1 Reviews Kendra mitchell Madison, AL Reviewed : 01/16/2026 Comment : I have been a loyal customer for a number of years. I had an oil leak in my Mercedes 2013 c250. Took the car in to have an oil leak fixed. There was a $195 initial charge to identify where the oil leak was coming from. I had no issue with that cost. It was discovered that the oil was coming from a bad Oil ring washer located on the oil filter housing top which is screwed off and on every time the oil filter is replaced. I was told by tthe Christian Brother rep that the oil leak was noted right away after 4 qtrs of oil was placed back into the engine. A new oil ring washer was replaced on the car. This is not labor intensive at all, at the most it would required 10 minutes of labor to replace the Oil ring washer (a $2.00 part). My initial bill was over $400. $95 of the cost was for a gallon of oil. I just think replacing a $2.00 part (O ring washer) that is very easy to get to, since it’s replaced during a regular oil change along with a gallon of oil and a $195 to diagnose the issue is ridiculous! I definitely will not be a returning customer in the future. 1 Reviews Bill p. Madison, AL Reviewed : 12/25/2025 Comment : Outstanding work on my 11 year old Ford. The job was complete within 4 days.
