Comment : I love this location because they are honest about what needs attention and what doesn t. Even if you think it s one thing they ll tell you what you really need. Not just trying to sell you something like my dealership does. Mike was my point of contact and he went above and beyond. He even helped my handicapped husband sit and rise out of a chair. Comment : I have never used Christian Brother's previously. However now I cant say enough great things about Christian Brother's Automotive. From the the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine willingness to help. Mike was incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain every detail of the service my vehicle needed. What really stood out was their honesty and transparency. Mike provided a detailed inspection report and clear explanations of everything before making any decisions. There was no pressure , just expert guidance and top notch customer service. The entire process was smooth and they went above and beyond my expectations. If you are looking for an automotive shop that truly cares about its customers and delivers exceptional customer service. Comment : I recently had an oil change did at your store. About 2 weeks ago my check engine light came on. I asked if you perform check engine test you replied yes and it would cost $199.95 I stopped and checked my oil and it was bone dry. Luckily I did not throw a rod. Also, there were no leaks with my oil. I can therefore draw only one conclusion. My daughter just in the past several days spent $4,000.00 with your shop. Comment : If you would like to wait for a simple oil change for at least and hr and hf with an appointment well this is the place. Terrible customer service. After an hr and 40 minutes my car was still not ready. My settings for the oil change not reset and no new mileage sticker on the windshield. I checked the oil and it was the same color when in brought it in. I don't think they even changed my oil. I've been here 3 times first time I had an ok experience. The second time it was bad I spoke to Luis the service manager via text and he apologized and offer a complimentary oil change so I gave them a 3rd chance big mistake. Comment : Been going here for 5-6 years, spent $10,000+ on my cars here over the years, I even recommended this place to family members.Most recently they forgot to attach the grill properly and then wanted to blame it on me like I took it off Now the new dude behind the desk wants to be a 5 3 Tommy tough guy, so I ll take my business elsewhere. Just fix the damage y all caused to my car first please.
