Comment : I brought my 10 year old vehicle to Christian Brothers for an inspection. I was very impressed with every member of the team. They were all helpful, transparent, thorough, and knowledgeable. In particular, special thanks to Alex for patiently describing work needed.

Comment : I received the best service I have ever had at the Christian Brothers!

I was impressed that they were able to take me home after I dropped off my car with their shuttle service and pick me up when my car was ready to go! I was so grateful I did not have to find a ride!

I was also impressed that they communicated with me digitally while they were working, letting me know of the progress on my car.

In addition to the communication, they showed me pictures of problem areas to validate their concerns.

They also called me and walked me through their findings and worked with me to make the next decision on completing the repairs.

My interaction with the staff was welcoming and kind!

I will most definitely recommend Christian Brothers to my friends and family! I give them a two thumbs up!

Comment : Last week, we had to bring both of our cars to Christian Brothers Automotive, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! They're quick, knowledgeable, and truly trustworthy. We're so thankful to have Dominik, Travis, and the entire crew to take care of our vehicles. It gives us such peace of mind knowing our cars are in good hands. Highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive!

Comment : I came here a couple months ago for a car update for a big road trip and the employees we interacted with were kind and efficient! Big shout out also to Sean who was training with them for another location. He drove us back to our apartment with their complimentary transport service and was pleasant company. Poor guy though had to drive us twice because we forgot our apartment key at the shop but he was patient and wonderful about it.

Comment : We had a great experience at Christian Bothers- Westfield. They were very knowledgeable and thorough with the explanation of what needed to be replaced and even provided a courtesy safety check on our daughter's car. The car was ready quickly and communication was great throughout. Highly recommend!

I felt my car was well taken care of. They told me what was absolutely necessary and what could wait. Great experience, and I will continue to take my car there for service.
