Complete scammed me a widow and single mom of two out of $145 did not complete the job and false and misleading information. Their integrity is very low value. I will ensure all 82k of my followers are aware not to conduct business with Christian bros.

Comment : It has been a while since my last visit with this business and it still doesn t sit well with how I was treated. I needed all 4 spark plugs & ignition coils replaced on my 06 Scion TC and hearing their quote on the repair was quite alarming. They wanted to charge me $916 for it along with $1,260 for other repairs (see photos attached). I am someone who likes to work on my own car so I knew this was way out of range. They share a photo report as mentioned in other reviews which is appreciated but this was outrageous to say the least.As for their reasoning on the cost they said it was for warranty on parts and labor. Anyone who has ever replaced spark plugs knows that this procedure takes less than an hour.I ultimately took my car to Rusty s auto shop for a fraction of the cost. They reviewed the photos and said there were no other issues with my car and that they would gladly tell me as that is how they get more business. Comment : John was very nice and communicated well, but the rest of the process was a rip off. I used this company due to the recommendation on the AAA website. My car was towed there and I was charged $165 for a diagnostic, no AAA discount. I explained that the car would try to start but not turn over it had did some hesitation while driving. Their update said the motor was gone. Another ship looked at the car and it was simple tube that was broken. I wish I could have my $165 back sounds to me they didn't want to fix it because it was an older car and felt it a waste to look at but had no problem taking my money and then threatening the next day to have the car taken to the salvage yard because it hadn't been picked up yet.John was very nice and communicated well, but the rest of the process was a rip off.
