Comment : My experience here was the best. Buying a used car nearby so we wanted to have it looked over. Our mechanic was Daniel and he is awesome. We were peeking through the garage window, but he brought us in and showed how he was determining the rating for this vehicle. He was very attentive and went way beyond what I expected . We bought the car and because of Daniel we will bring it to CBA for maintenance and repairs.

Comment : I recently had a great experience at Christian Automotive by the Galleria after visiting a couple of other shops that didn?t quite inspire confidence. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Sandy, who was not only friendly but also very professional. She took my BMW 3 Series in right away and conducted a thorough inspection.

Unlike the other mechanics I had visited, they quickly identified the true source of my leaks, which had been misdiagnosed elsewhere. I appreciated their honesty and clarity throughout the process. They immediately got to work and did an amazing job fixing my cracked transmission.

The atmosphere in the office was really welcoming, and I even enjoyed some free coffee while I waited. Everyone there was genuinely nice and seemed committed to helping their customers. They even arranged for a shuttle ride home for me, which was a nice touch.

The next day, I got my car back, and it was running smoother than ever with no more leaks or issues. I can confidently say I will only be taking my car to Christian Automotive from now on. They truly exceeded my expectations compared to other local mechanics. Highly recommended! 5 stars.. truly the best!

Comment : I had such a great experience here and just had to leave a review. From the moment I walked in, everyone was super friendly and helpful. John at the front desk was amazing. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that actually made sense and didn?t make me feel pressured into anything.

What I appreciated most was how honest he was. He pointed out what actually needed to be fixed and what didn?t, which ended up saving me a lot of money. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days, especially with car repairs.

As a woman, it can sometimes feel a little intimidating going into a car shop, but John made the whole experience really comfortable and stress-free. I?m so glad I came here and will definitely be coming back if I ever need anything in the future. Highly recommend!

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I booked and appointment . Got a call the next day from Service Manager Sandy beautiful and pleasant woman encouraged me to come in and was just so reassuring and honest . I love that . Johanna is so beautiful and patient ! They truly have so much love in that shop . Kept me informed every step of the way . 10/10 service !
