Comment : I had some pretty serious (or so I thought) electrical problems with my Tahoe after a failed battery jump (airbags & stabilitrax offline, auto door locks failing, windows not rolling down, passenger side headlights/turn signals not working, among 20 other issues). Met John at the front counter and he assured me him and their electrical specialist, Gilberto, would take care of it. Was expecting a very expensive, week long repair. Gilbert was able to isolate the issue underneath the fuse box, get it fixed and returned to me the next day. Stayed under $400 when all said & done. Thought it may be north of $2k. I rarely write reviews, but finding an auto shop you can trust isn't easy. John & Gilbert have my business any day of the week. Both of them are true experts and great people. Thanks y'all!

Comment : I brought my BMW M3 in for spark plug and ignition coil replacement. While the mechanical work seems solid and the car runs great, I’m extremely disappointed in how my interior was treated.

Before dropping off the car, my leather interior was spotless. When I picked it up, it was covered in black grease — especially on the driver-side door panel — and now there's a lingering odor that makes the whole car smell like a mechanic's bay.

I’ve spent several hours over the past two days trying to clean it up myself, and the stain and smell still persists. I didn’t expect to spend $2,700 on repairs only to have my previously pristine interior returned in this condition.

I expected better attention to detail and respect for my vehicle. Very frustrating experience.

Comment : I heard good things about this shop so I decided to give them a chance. I’m wary of shops I take my vehicle to because I’m a female and I don’t want to get ripped off but after they worked on my vehicle I would recommend this place to everyone. I had a headlight out and needed some control arms replaced. They showed me exactly what was wrong and didn’t try to pressure me into fixing anything else that wasn’t my main concern. Shout out to John and Gilberto! John is so friendly, he kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and called as soon as it was ready. Gilberto was able to fix my headlight even though it had some water damage to it. They took care of my main concerns. They have a shuttle that can drop you off within 5 miles. Since I stay further I had to Lyft but they were able to give me $20 credit. I will definitely bring back my vehicle for any future repairs this is a place that’s earned my trust.

Comment : The West Galleria location has provided excellent service for my vehicles over the past 6 years. The entire staff has always been friendly, attentive, and courteous. Thanks to John Robertson, in particular, for expediting a list of repairs that had my vehicle back to me on the same day. Kudos!

Comment : I had a deeply uncomfortable experience at this shop. I believe the person’s name is John. I was friendly and indulging his questions about music and I gave him recommendations while waiting for my car work to be done. But he called me on my personal cell number after I picked up my car to talk to me about that subject matter after I had already picked up my car. I felt that was an incredibly gross violation. It was deeply unprofessional. I will never be returning to this shop.
