Comment : I was going to have them check my EVAP Canister Vent Solenoid which was just replaced by Ultimate Car Care in 8/11/26 and had to be repaired again in early October and it just went out again 10/16/26 as I was about to try an emission test Again and no response from Ultimate Car Care and took it to Christian Bros and was told it would cost about $185 Dollars just to look at and evaluate ??
Forget it!

Comment : Very un-Christian like experience. I received a free oil change coupon from Christian Brother in the mail. So I made an appointment. They knew the make and model of my car prior to my arrival. Once there, I was told it required a special type of oil and the price would be $126. I guess their definition of "Free" is not the same as mine. They could have earned my business but instead they will never service any of our family's 3 vehicles.

Comment : The staff was very friendly and got my truck in very quickly, I had a pin hole size leak in my heater hose going to my water pump. They called me after the initial inspection and told me that it would be over 800.00 to replace the hose. They recommended I replace the water pump, thermostat, hose and serpentine belt because coolant splashed on it, from what I have read if cleaned off it wont affect the belt, they told me the thermostat was included with the water pump but they charged me 45.00 for it on my invoice. I thought the service/communication was great but I feel the pricing was very high and that I may have been charged/sold items I really didn't need or that was supposed to be included with other items. This pricing was pulled straight from MOPAR-
Genuine Mopar water pump
* Part #: 68346911AC
* MSRP: $264.00
* Current OEM pricing: about $181.70–$186.44, I was charged over 500.00 for water pump and thermostat.
I understand you are in business to make money but theres a difference in making a profit and taking advantage of a new customer. Total price out the door was 1599.97. Thank you
