Comment : Team did an amazing job.Took my truck in for AC Break/Fix. As always, issues came with the warranty company wanting to cover work. On-Site staff were willing to work with prices when they learned the warranty company was unwilling to cover certain items.Truck repair was done quick and precise with no issues a week down the road. Warranty company came back and agreed to cover what they didn t before and instead of passing me along after payment the team continued with any small/annoying request I had.From start to finish everyone involved remained a friendly face through each of my difficult requests. Comment : DJ at Christian Brothers Automotive provided great customer service when we pulled up to ask for help in putting an under carriage protectant cover back on because a screw came off! Comment : Never coming back here. Took my car for scheduled service.They "found" issues with gaspump and other potential transmission issues.End up with plu 5K estimate. Somehow they convinced me that it was needed, and they would be willing to work with me and my financial needs. They asked me how much could I pay. This was the so called Manager.The manager offered a deal and lowered my bill to 4KMy car's check engine went on again after their "repairs" were completed.Took it to dealership this time. Spark plugs were trash! Wow... you charge 4K and still manage to miss changing sparkplugs when car was there 2 months ago.Happy I didnt use their tempting 3 month or 30K mile warranty. They probably use that to "find" more problems.This place is managed by shady people. Be carefull!Never coming back here. Comment : My daughter was in Frisco to visit a friend and had engine trouble on the way there. Car would barely get over 45 MPH so she took it to Christian Bros Frisco West.Quick facts: They will take advantage of anyone who isn't familiar with auto repair. Charged my daughter $195 for an engine oil flush and oil change. Charged another $160 for engine diagnostic test which concluded that her transmission was bad. Wanted $9000 to replace the transmission. WHY CHANGE THE OIL in a car with a bad transmission? Anyway.....I paid the $380 ransom bill and took it elsewhere. Turns out it had a clogged catalytic converter! Transmission was fine. Repair cost $450 NOT $9000.Also had a laundry list of things they said needed to be done according to the diagnostic test.Why would you ever go there?My daughter was in Frisco to visit a friend and had engine trouble on the way there. Comment : They offer during the year check ups on your vehicle. I learned a few things I didn???t know about my rear brakes and tires. Correct info really helps my choices and how to move forward.
