Comment : I went in for a simple wheel alignment and agreed to their courtesy inspection. After the inspection, they came back with a list of “recommended repairs” totaling over $10,000, which immediately raised red flags. I declined all of it and only got the alignment done.

When I got home, I popped the hood and noticed several engine cover clips were missing — something that was definitely intact before the visit. I went back to have it addressed, and they replaced the missing Toyota clips with cheap knockoff clips instead of genuine parts. When I called to confront them about it, they denied any responsibility for the damage.

They have no credibility, and I wouldn’t trust them if they can’t even be bothered to return the car in the same shape it was brought in. Between the outrageous upsell attempt and the careless handling of my vehicle, this place has completely lost my trust. I won’t be returning and strongly recommend others to look elsewhere for honest, professional service.

Comment : I went to Christian Brothers for a diagnostic and was absolutely shocked-- there isn't nothing Christian about this brother " John turner that quoted me over $2,000! Meanwhile,Volkswagen only quoted me 800 for the exact same service. When I questioned them, they had the nerve to say they would price match anyone else. NO. How about you actually live up to your name, Christian Brothers, and be honest? Charge a fair, honest price instead of preying on a woman with kids by trying to sneak in an extra THOUSAND DOLLARS for absolutely nothing! There is NOTHING Christian about gouging customers like that. Even Volkswagen came back and said ' pricing was bogus. This place is a scam, plain and simple. Avoid them unless you want to get ripped off!

Comment : Christian Brothers in Frisco West 8110 FM423 are horrible , they repaired coolant leak 3 weeks back and charged over 2K and they said if same issue happens they will take care and after 2 weeks again same issue with coolant leak and they again charged for the same work. Such a horrible experience. Despite telling them that it was repaired just 2 weeks back by them they had the courage to ask for money again. can’t keep even their own words and honor their work. No work ethics or customer service. Will be reporting them. Will never ever go back to that place. Horrible experience.

Comment : Y'all, I can't recommend these guys enough. I have been taking my vehicle here for minor and major issues for over 2 years now. Every single experience has been absolutely wonderful. I will not go anywhere else!! The level of customer service is top knotch, they genuinely care about their customers, and they communicate clearly about everything. Best of the best!
