Comment : I was charged $220 for an oil change that would ve cost me $100 at Valvoline. It included an inspection that showed my new battery was bad, and my leaking coolant system was fine.Prior to that I brought in a newly purchased vehicle for a $200 inspection. I was told everything looked good, no issues. After the oil change inspection I decided to recheck my first inspection report. I found that tires were the first thing on the inspection report and no information had been entered. I called to ask about the missing information and was rudely told we re not a tire shop, we don t do that here. Well, two of the tires are almost 5 years old, the other being 3 years old. They are close if not in need of replacement.I don t believe they performed an inspection on either vehicle as claimed. I was overcharged for an oil change. Comment : This is the epitome of customer service. They were efficient and completely transparent. It was a literally a one fay turnaround to replace a belt, battery, alternator, fix the muffler, and replace a cv axle assembly. That includes diagnostics and everything. Comment : Charlie and the team took care of me when I broke down on a long road trip. He had to expedite getting the repair part so I could get back on the road. Really appreciate their responsiveness and kindness. Car worked perfectly after the repair.
