Comment : Love this place! Eric the owner is great. We took our car in, and they diagnosed it. Very quick and friendly. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!!

Comment : Make sure you read all of the reviews!! I should have done that From the get-go. The word ?Christian? in Christian Brothers holds no weight here, let me assure you that. I encountered many conversations, and they are rude to older people as well as myself. Their body language, facial expressions, and tone, are not welcoming and caring to ?all demographics of people?. I will buy another car before I ever go back there. You will be out of a lot of money and they will lie and act like it?s always on mechanics yeah yeah. They?re not worth the time to go to court. God will bless me, heck he already has. Let me bless you, don?t go to them. Don?t waste your money. By the way, there?s nothing you can say to fix this and there?s no reason to reply. It?s 2026 and I ?see and I hear? very clearly now. Go somewhere that you are respected and the work is done correctly from the jump. I don?t think anybody has money to waste or to just to throw around. I wish them the best and I will pray for them because they will need it.

Comment : I have a 2005 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4 that had been driven hard for 261,000 miles. It showed signs of head gasket failure but would come and go. They diagnosed it and so we started on a project. My favorite truck needed some love that I did not have the ability to do but lucky for me I understand what it takes and needs. They milled the heads and ported them. New head gasket, timing chain guides and tensioner. New front end drivetrain control arms, tie rods, axles, rack and pinion and a few other things. Great job and the truck is ready for another 250,000 miles. Thank you all very much for the help this is a great shop.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : They fixed a difficult problem and the owner is a really nice guy. I had to bring my truck back to them and they got on the issue and explained to me all the underlying issues causing the problem.

Comment : Worst experience I've ever had with any automotive shop. Paid them thousands of dollars which was a rip-off to begin with, picked up the vehicle and check engine light came on and vehicle went immediately into "limp-mode". Brought it to autozone to get scanned and now I have a brand new code for a transmission range sensor which I've never had before they touched my vehicle. After doing some research, this is often caused by a wiring issue which must of occurred when they replaced my intake manifold. When I called them and told them what was going on, they told me they are too busy to look at it! They were eager to take my money but didn't want to deal with their F-up! Now I am fighting with them to fix the issue they caused as my truck is stuck in limp-mode! Total scumbags here! Do not bring your vehicle here you will over pay and get awful service and like me, you will receive your vehicle in worse condition than when you brought it in! They are not to be trusted.

Comment : Had a vehicle towed to this location at night to mechanical issues. They completed an inspection. It was work previously completed by another vendor. They recommended we contact the previous vendor who worked on vehicle and have it towed there. We did. That vendor picked up and towed, free of charge. It was nice to have the inspection. It mentioned a new battery. Our battery was still in warranty. We were able to get all of this work completed and paid no additional cost at either vendor for repairs and to get back on the road safely. Thank you all for the guidance and inspection! 02/03/2026
