My car has been dead in the road multiple times and they do not know what was wrong. A towing guy said it was due to faulty alternator but guys from this shop said it was from other reason which was totally wrong. After replacing an alternator everything was fine. While during this tume when my car was at their shop I have spent a couple hundred dollars for Uber and rental cars. Perhaps they were having a really off day upon my arrival. I went in for an inspection (which I know isn???t always awesome for any business, but still). The first guy at the counter acted like my inspection would be inconvenient and suggested that I come in ???tomorrow???. However when I got down to the bottom of it he revealed that they had availability after 1PM. So confusing. Why wouldn???t he just let me know that from the start? I made the appointment and came back. The second guy I encountered was very nice. I passed over my keys and sat down to wait. I realized I needed to get back into my car very shortly after passing over the keys and peeked over the counter to ask a different worker if he thought they had started my inspection yet. He responded with ???I dunno, I just got here??? in a very rude tone that seemed to suggest that I was an absolute idiot for asking such a question. How on earth was I meant to know that he just arrived back?! A simple ???let me find out??? or ???sorry, I just arrived and I am not sure??? would have done. Needless to say I did not finish my inspection. Since it???s so close to home I was considering using this location for other services but definitely not anymore. People are so disappointing.
