Comment : Christian brothers is one of the best places that really do care about you and your concerns and your car and only put top quality parts on your car. The ones that actually belong on your car and it comes with a warranty. I made a mistake going to a different place to get work done on my car, which leaded to more problems. Christian brothers took me right back in and resolved those problems clearly, I should never have left. I was trying to save money, which it costed me even more money, and more problems taking the cheaper route only causes more damage. If you want a good job and the job done, right The first time and not having to worry about coming back for another issue then Christian brothers is the right place for you and they treat you like family. They care about your concerns and they address it immediately and provide you with all the information that you need. There's no guessing. I will never take my car anywhere else, but Christian brothers. You don't have to take my word for it. Try it yourself and see the experience and the difference a place that you can trust and call home.

Comment : I had been dealing with an annoying ringing sound coming from under my vehicle, so I took it to Christian Brothers for a diagnostic. They quickly identified not only the issue I had brought it in for, but also several other things that needed attention. Since my vehicle was still under warranty, I decided to take it to the dealership where I purchased it. Unfortunately, they only wanted to diagnose the specific issue I’d mentioned, and when I asked if they could review Christian Brothers' report, the service department refused.

Frustrated, I called my warranty company to clarify my coverage. To my relief, they confirmed that I could use any mechanic I chose, as long as I paid my deductible. So, I returned to Christian Brothers, dropped off my vehicle, and prayed to God, trusting that it was now in His hands. I let them get to work.

The team at Christian Brothers worked diligently, securing approval for all the necessary repairs, which ended up being a significant cost. But when I got my vehicle back last week, the ringing sound was gone, and it was driving even better than before.

A big thank you to Brandon, the entire Christian Brothers staff, and the mechanics for their excellent work and customer service!

Comment : Repaired our Ford Fusion quickly after we had AAA Tx tow our car from our home to their repair shop. Part arrived in two days and promptly had our car beck on a Friday evening. Also offered and lent a vehicle while car was in their shop.

Comment : Damian and the team at Christian Brothers-Valley Ranch were a godsend yesterday! I came in after running over a screw on the highway on the way to the airport. I stopped in to see if they would put my spare tire on so that I could make it to the airport on time. I would’ve done it myself but I had two big dogs riding with me and time was of the essence lol. Damian was SO kind and understanding. He got me taken care of right away. I drive a F-150 Lightning and theres a special tool required to lower the spare from underneath the truck bed. The technicians were super patient while we all tried to figure out where the the tool was located. With my crazy weimaraners howling in the back seat, it was pure chaos haha. With the help of youtube and some patience, we located the tool. My pups were welcomed into the lobby and gladly accepted love and pets while we waited. I really appreciate the kindness and patience offered to me by this location during what was the sour cherry on top of an already CRAZY week for me. (this was my 3rd flat tire between two vehicles in 6 days) Don’t ask. 😩 Potholes and random highway screws, I guess. Thank you Damian and team for your help and excellent service. 10/10 I highly recommend this location.

Comment : The ease of setting up service was nice. The ability to drop my car off, even when service was closed was a time saver. The communication and level of documentation to back up the recommendation of service was very helpful. They didn't try to push more service then what I talked about getting done at that time. Overall ease of service, quality of service , and turn around time was definitely a game changer. Will be looking to them for any future needs.
