Comment : The battery replacement for my Ford Escape was quoted at $460, which seems quite unreasonable for such a basic service. Moreover, keeping the vehicle for an entire day just to replace a battery doesn’t make sense. To make matters worse, when I opened the hood to check the battery type, I found the washer fluid cap left open — showing a clear lack of attention to detail. Please avoid charging such a high amount for a simple battery replacement and ensure better care during service.

Comment : The guys at this shop are great! They told me what needed to be done immediately and what needed to be done but could wait. Due to budget limits we are getting all the work done in phases and the guys are great about guiding us through the priorities. I love the automated accept or decline work process and the price they quote is the price we pay. They even allowed me to schedule the work we needed and drove me to work so I would not have to rent a car or ride share.
