Comment : My car was miss diagnosed and they tried to charge me thousands of dollars and that is not even what was wrong with my car. BEWARE. After there 4200.00 quote I had my car towed to Frances and Sons in BULLARD and they had my car fixed in 1 day for less than 700.00. They never compression tested my motor and I had a broken valve spring not the ECM,coils, and spark plugs that they quoted me to fix my car. None of those parts were bad. BEWARE

Comment : Took my car in because it wasn’t running. They told me it was running and nothing was wrong and charged me $700 for test and an oil change. Took the car to Dallas and it broke down again. Dropped it off at their location in Forney and it was exactly what I told the Tyler location and now have an $11,000 quote on an engine. $6,000 of that is labor alone. Called 6 other shops and got quotes for $4k less. They also tried to charge me $170 for test at the forney location.

You could smell it coolant burning, see white smoke when it started and it was jumping to start when taken to Tyler.

Now my car is Dallas because they said it was good to drive and now I’ll have to pay for a tow to get it back to Tyler.

Although we were unable to proceed with repairs due to engine failure, I found the honesty and thoroughness of the inspection report commendable.
