Comment : Great experience at the 81street store, I would recommend anyone to use this shop, found out was what wrong with my car and went above and beyond to get my vehicle back the same day, they fixed what the mobile mechanic didn't plug in and only charged me for the diagnostic test, if I could give 10 stars I would.

Comment : Easy to review a company when service is perfect, but what about when they make a mistake? After an oil change the oil filter was not tightened enough and unfortunately/fortunately it blew out in our driveway. Very inconvenient and a big mess but their response is the reason for this review. Tulsa Hills called the CBA closest to us in Owasso and they sent 2 techs out to check the vehicle, redo the oil change process, put oil dry down on the driveway and they took the truck to their shop and completely cleaned the engine compartment and undercarriage. In the meantime the owner of CBA Tulsa Hills came to the house and power washed the entire driveway. Easy to give grace because they owned the mistake and both shops went out of their way to make it right.

Comment : I recently purchased a Jeep and unfortunately began having issues with it almost immediately. I initially took it to a Jeep dealership here in Tulsa, where I received a very expensive estimate along with a long wait time for repairs. The dealership that sold me the vehicle stepped in and attempted to make the repairs, but I was still left with lingering issues.

After calling around and being unable to get an appointment with other local Jeep dealerships, I decided to give Christian Brothers Automotive a try—and I'm so glad I did!

From the moment I called, the experience was completely different. They were able to give me a same-day appointment. When I arrived, my service advisor, Jason, came right out to look at my Jeep and spotted the issue almost immediately, before they even had to take the vehicle in for a full diagnosis.

They waived the diagnostic fee and went above and beyond to work with me and the dealership where I purchased my Jeep to help get the problem resolved and repaired. The level of service, care, honesty, and genuine concern they showed me went far beyond ordinary customer service.

I originally wanted to have my Jeep serviced exclusively at a Jeep dealership, but Christian Brothers Automotive completely changed my mind. From now on, I plan to have my Jeep maintained here—and I'll be bringing our other vehicles here as well.

Their customer service is exceptional, their prices are fair and affordable, and most importantly, I felt like I was being treated honestly rather than being sold unnecessary repairs.

Thank you, Jason, Mike general manager, and the entire Christian Brothers Automotive team, for taking such great care of me and my Jeep. You have definitely earned my trust and a long-term customer! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an automotive shop that genuinely cares about its customers and their vehicles.

Comment : I am so happy with the services I had done on my car here! Mathew & Caleb were so kind and helpful throughout my whole visit! Caleb was able to figure out and fix my car in less than 2 hours whereas Hibdon couldn't do it in 5 days! So impressed!!! Thank you Caleb and CBA

Comment : Extremely knowledgeable and professional, with fair and reasonable pricing. All you have to do is explain the problem, and they can quickly identify what might be causing it in real time. Their service is quick, efficient, and reliable.

I forgot to get the names of the front desk and technicians/mechanics who worked on my vehicle, but they clearly know their craft and what they're doing. I was very impressed with their expertise and service. I will definitely be going back to them whenever I need work done on my vehicle.

Comment : I took my vehicle in for an oil change at the Tulsa Hills Christian Brothers. This was my first visit since moving from Arizona. I used to take my car to the AZ Christian Brothers regularly and always trusted their service, so I was happy to see a location here in Tulsa as well. An issue did come up during my visit, but when I brought it to their attention, management took it seriously and went above and beyond to make it right. They truly stand by their word and their work. Because they handled everything professionally and appropriately, they still have my trust and my business. A big shout out to manager Mike, who helped facilitate the repairs and made sure everything was taken care of. I appreciate the team's integrity and commitment to customer service.
