Comment : I manage 145 vehicles at work, and we used this location for the first time recently. It was very easy to schedule and discuss my concerns over the phone. I worked with EJ and he absolutely took care of us. We needed a new transmission and it was so simple and very fast! I’ve had to deal with at least 10 other transmission replacements in the last few years, and I’ve had some places take weeks (even months) to complete. The urgency is a very big deal to me because I have to get my drivers back on the road… and they delivered that here. Thank you EJ and everyone else for taking care of us! We will be back for sure.

Comment : I have been coming to Christian Brothers for probably over a year for my automotive needs. They are always very friendly and helpful and get the job done well. Also there waiting area is very clean and a pleasant place to sit if you have to wait for the work to be done.

Comment : If I could give zero stars, I would.
We were without a car for almost four weeks total. The first time we took it in, they diagnosed the issue and quoted us $4,600. We agreed to the repair, and they kept the car for two weeks, constantly giving us the runaround about when it would be ready.

We finally got it back and paid the full $4,600 — only for the check engine light to come on again two days later. We had to bring the car right back. This time, they kept it for another week with little to no communication. Again, we were strung along with vague updates and no urgency or empathy.

We got the car back yesterday (6/11) — and today, it’s already acting up again and the check engine light is back on. We have three kids, jobs, and responsibilities. This situation has been a complete nightmare, and we’re left trying to figure everything out while they take their time correcting their own mistakes.
