Comment : I Came in to get my oil change and tire rotation. Robert the service advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful, he also shared with me all the information on what was being done on my vehicle inspection, they also gave me a complimentary health check on my vehicle also. I was also able to buy one of the packages they offer for a bundle that gave me several oil changes and tire rotations plus a vehicle inspection for half the price I usually would spend at a dealership for the same service. Definitely a great shop and great customer service experience for me and my vehicle.

Comment : I have used CBA several times over the last 20 years, while the cost is not competitive I felt the quality and confidence that the work was completed correctly. I am retired and not a rich retiree, I recently brought both my 2007 Nissan Titan and my daughters 2015 Subaru Outback on for repairs. I had several things done to the truck most just due to wear and tear on a 17 yo truck. One items was the driver side windows wasn't closing completely. It was repaired , window was replaced, and a few days later the windows was again not working correctly. Originally I brought the truck in to have the windows repaired replace parts in the dash for the air conditioner. Original estimate was $2500, when finished i was charged $9000! Very disappointed and the windows issue still exists.
My daughter torn her oil pan and i was told she ruined her engine. I had the whole truck inspected and had a list of other replace / repairs done besides the engine placement. All those things we completed, at a cost of $8600. She drove the car for two weeks and the engine trouble lights again came on and she brought it back to CBA and was told the catalytic converters now needed replacing at an additional cost of $3900! . First,why wasn't this discovered at the time of the overall inspection, because it would have influenced my decisions on the engine replacement, etc.so now my daughter is again without a vehicle, I have a windows that won't stay up and I'm out$17,500 to CBA. I have lost confidence in your repair shop and still have to get repairs done at my expense.
