Comment : I brought my vehicle to Christian Brothers Automotive in Klein, TX in November 2025 for a radiator repair, expecting professional and reliable service. I was charged approximately $3,000 for the work.

By December 2025, my vehicle broke down again, and the issue had not been repaired correctly. I was forced to take my car to another mechanic, who confirmed that the work performed by Christian Brothers had to be corrected.

As a result, I paid thousands of dollars for repairs that did not fix the problem, then had to pay again to have the same issue properly resolved. This caused significant financial loss, wasted time, and unnecessary stress.

I strongly urge customers to be very cautious when authorizing major repairs at this location. I am requesting that corporate management review this matter and issue a refund for work that was not successfully completed. I got my car towed to another mechanic place that fixed the issues Christian Brothers were supposed to fix. I also have receipts for anyone who needs proof

Comment : $200 for a vacuum leak test. Literally just blowing smoke through the lines and seeing where the smoke comes out. That’s straight highway robbery. You don’t need to be a neurosurgeon to know how that’s a scam. I don’t even know why they call themselves “Christian” because nothing about lying and stealing says Christian to me.

Comment : I decided to come here for a routine oil change based on a coupon flyer advertisement. I was greeted immediately and felt very welcomed. They performed a very thorough vehicle inspection which found an urgent issue with my vehicle and provided a visual walkthrough on-site as well as a video on the resulting report. Safety is my primary concern as this is our family vehicle so they provided a quote along with a few other upcoming maintenance requirements as suggestions. Robert did a great job in communicating the overall summary of repairs and was very informative. I never felt pressured to commit so I decided to proceed with the repairs (the labor charges seemed fair given all the additional work I decided to have done). They provided an accurate timeframe to complete the work as well as personal transportation to and from my home. I greatly appreciate the additional insight with the vehicle inspection as well as their dedication to serving my needs.
