Comment : i visited christian brothers automotive over the weekend on may 2. 2025, for an diagnostic & inspection test for my vehicle. the service was thoroughly informative, precise. i really felt like the people there really care for the health of my vehicle. the customer service from shane was exceptionally helpful, the technician javier was very understanding and knowledgeable about the care of my vehicle, the complimentary shuttle service from the driver carl was very pleasant and i enjoyed that i was able to drop my car off to them, get dropped back at home and be picked back up once the service was done. i most definitely will be back for future services, thank you guys so much! top tier service!

Comment : this is a follow up review. I used Christian Brothers service for the oil change. They also did a state inspection and the car failed because the tires were worn out. For that reason, they gave me an estimate of replacement cost of the tires. The price seemed very high, so I Looked for the same brand and type of tires elsewhere and found them for 1/3 of the price. In my review I mentioned this huge difference in the pricing. I was surprised when I got a follow up call from Christian brothers. Robert told me that it was a mistake. The price they quoted, indeed was almost 3 times more than what it should have been. However, it was due to the fact that the person who gave me the estimate was a new employee under training, and he made a mistake. I do remember that the person who was keying in my information was indeed , an employee under training. I was impressed by their honesty in owning up to the mistake. Many businesses would have tried to make excuses and not own up their mistake.

Comment : Jared was amazing with helping me and diagnosed my entire vehicle for free, the diagnoses contained everything that I needed to know to address all the minor issues and any problems going on with my car. He also gave me a digital copy of the report which I can access any time and never expires. I needed this information to know the status of my vehicle, for which parts I was going to need to order. He gave me a detailed report with the exact measurements of my rotors, tires, even the condition of my transmission fluids/ brake fluids/ oil.
He gave me the list of replacements, as well as parts list ordered from highest priority to lowest priority for replacing
I walked in Christian brothers automotive thinking that the condition of my vehicle was way worse.
Jared was able to provide me full and upmost care by providing me all that information and giving me a plan. I walked out with ease and assured that I was in the right place.

Comment : My son brought our vehicle to this place hoping to restore our 18 year old van back, my kids didn’t want to give up this vehicle for sentimental reasons. Comment : CBA Spring Klein took care of an alignment for me even though it was a last minute call! From dropping the car off to them being able to pick me up when it was done they went above and beyond. They are also very friendly towards those of us who do most of the work on our vehicles ourselves and provided a detailed report with pictures of some other items that might need attention, but weren’t pushy at all and didn’t try to pressure me into having them perform any additional services.
