Comment : Best auto shop I have been to! Our battery basically exploded and they helped us to not only diagnose the issue but get a new one installed in a little over an hour. They treated us like family and were incredibly compassionate with our dog. Any repair you need go to Christian brothers they are amazing and will treat you right!

When a customer calls in describing an active low-side Schrader valve leak (hissing / pressure loss), that should immediately inform how diagnostics are approached. Recommending a standard recharge in that scenario doesn?t align with the actual condition of the system.

I?m looking to work with a shop that?s willing to have a technical conversation and meet customers where they are, not shut it down. If that?s not the case here, no problem ? I?ll take the repair elsewhere.

Comment : Having a relationship with Christian Brothers is an absolute must (IMO) if you want to be able to make financially sound decisions about car maintenance and repairs.
They are not the cheapest place, but you get what you pay for. The service is unmatched. You can trust their work, and they will tell you EVERYTHING you need to know about the health of your car.
I?m specifically appreciative today for Michelle and the Shuttle Driver (I didn?t catch his name). They made a potentially stressful situation manageable, and I didn?t have to take PTO, call out from work, or pay for an uber.

Comment : Will definitely be coming back!!! Called CBA-Granbury about getting my brakes done and they were able to get me in same day. Very clean and calming waiting area, respectful and professional employees at the front desk. They had a complimentary shuttle; drove me home while I waited for the free inspection. Turns out I didn't need brakes. They sent me pictures/video of the inspection and recommended a front sway bar in the future, but didn't pressure me or try to upsell me on any service. Ended up getting the sway bar done anyways and was picked up the following afternoon. They had my car waiting by the door with an ice cold water bottle waiting for me in the cupholder!!! Very fairly priced, great service, will definitely be coming back and recommending CBA-Granbury to anyone who needs work!! Thank y'all again and God Bless!!
