Comment : I have been a loyal customer of Christian Brothers Automotive in Southaven since 2022, visiting them nine times for oil changes. Unfortunately, my last experience was terrible. During an inspection, I questioned a charge of $89.95 for what I thought was a courtesy check. They had inspected my husband's engine mounts but ended up ordering a transmission mount instead of addressing the worn engine mount we had initially flagged.When I returned for an oil and brake fluid change, I brought the original transmission mount and tried to explain that it didn't need replacing. Instead of helping me, the technician, Sean, became annoyed when I sought clarification online. The situation escalated when the manager, Corey, confronted me aggressively, asking what I wanted from them. I felt they were dismissive and disrespectful, especially when the owner, John, came out and told me they were done with me and mocked my concerns.In the end, they admitted that the top mount was indeed the one that needed replacing, but they refused to engage further with us. It was a frustrating and traumatic experience, leading me to discover that the dealership offered better prices for services. Overall, I felt unvalued and mistreated as a customer. Comment : My friend s experience with Christian Brothers was an absolute nightmare, and I was directly involved. Not only did they misdiagnose his vehicle and recommend the wrong part, but the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional throughout. They even treated his wife with blatant disrespect, which was totally out of line. It s clear they don t value their customers or take accountability for their mistakes.
