Comment : The customer service at this location is above and way beyond what has become the "standard" in today's world.
Brad was amazing to work with. His communication was very thorough and he was extremely pleasant. I walked away telling others that they definitively live up to their name ( a hard task even for those with the best intentions!). We have sent others here who have also been very satisfied.

Comment : DO NOT waste your time or money. These guys up-charge so much on parts it is ridiculous. When confronted w the facts and shown where they could get THE EXACT SAME parts significantly cheaper, they fumbled around and said they 'had to use their specific vendors'. Meanwhile, their dealership vendors mark it up and then Christian Brothers mark it up, a lot. No-one will ever fault a business for making money but these guys are just lazy and dont care about their customers. Oh yeah, they said if we brought in the exact same GM part, it would void the warranty on their work. They have every angle covered to make you pay their parts' prices.

Comment : I purchased my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe at Carmax. It’s been a great car, But it had a few issues and after striking out at the dealership with my warranty, Carmax suggested I contact Christian Brothers..We had several things done to the car and Brad guided us through the process with respect honesty and very good manners. Brad was good about getting back to us when he said he would and we felt very comfortable leaving our car in Christian Brothers hands. I will definitely be back! I would also recommend the Shawnee Christian Brothers auto repair to my friends and Family. Overall, it was good experience
