Comment : I've used Christian Brothers for years but this time they fell below expectations. I was called on 6/16 with information that the total repair was $1304 (including tax) to replace a small electric motor in the dash that controls the vents. I approved that price. When my wife arrived home with the invoice there was an additional $214 for a "Diagnostic Fee" and "Shop Supplies". Clearly, those charges were known prior their phone call to me and should have been included in the total price I was quoted. Adding those charges at the end lacks transparency.

UPDATE: I spoke to Tammy (owner) who agreed there was a communication failure and she gave me credit for the additional charge. In my mind, you shouldn't necessarily judge a business with an expectation that their staff never makes mistakes but instead they should be judged on how they resolve situations when problems are discovered. I'm pleased with their resolution. Back up to 5 stars!

Comment : From the time I called to schedule my appointment until the time I picked up my car, the entire process was seamless. They provided me with an estimate, shuttled me to work and communicated when my car was finished. I can’t say enough about their level of customer service. From now on, they are my go to repair shop!
