Comment : BEWARE OF THIS PLACE !! they will suck you dry . Don't let the name fool you they will lie and give you the runaround. I wouldn't be surprised if they charge you for breathing their air inside the lobby .They charged me over hundred $$ just to tell me I needed a new starter . They didnt say it was going to cost that amount when I first spoke to the advisor . Thank GOD... I didn't have them put in the starter for $570 ?? I'm going to do it myself. I WILL NEVER BRING ANY OF MY CARS HERE AGAIN !!!

Comment : I cannot say enough how much I appreciate Travis and Paul at this location! I?ve been needing to get my SUV fixed for awhile now due to severe shaking in the steering wheel while braking. They inspected my vehicle and sent me over a detailed list of items in the green zone, yellow zone, and red zone! Travis called me and told me to go over everything on the estimate and pick what I wanted to work on. He never pressured me about anything and kept me updated along the way! My 4Runner is driving and braking perfectly today! I will most definitely be back in the future. ??

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Shout out to Andrea and Robert great service from them both and Christian brothers as a whole from what I experienced. Great quick service and will work with you to get you back on the road. Highly recommend. Normally do a lot of the work by myself but this place made it easy and made me feel comfortable
