Comment : No stars. I took my car in a month ago to have the heater looked at after eight hours. I didn’t hear from anybody so I called. I found out that they needed to have a computer update and they needed to submit my request to my warranty company. They told me I could pick up my car and then they will get back to me in a couple of days so that we could get the service completed after a couple of days. I didn’t hear from anybody so I called and was told that someone would call me back this same pattern continued for weeks on end where I yet have. Had someone call me back even though I’ve requested having a manager call me. I have no heat in my vehicle and the engine light is still on since they have not repaired the vehicle I continue to call and leave voicemails and no one bothers to call me back. I would not recommend this company after I had to use them several other times with great success but now I’m not sure what happened.
