Comment : DO NOT GO HERE. This place will waste your time and fail to provide the service you actually came in for. I brought my vehicle in for an alignment after being referred by Discount Tire, since my front tires were wearing unevenly due to misalignment. I waited for two hours, only to be told that they didn't perform the alignment and instead claimed my car needed new struts and additional costly repairs. After getting a second opinion, I was told that my vehicle does NOT need new struts. This experience felt dishonest and extremely misleading. It's incredibly frustrating to have your time wasted and to feel like you're being upsold on unnecessary repairs. As a customer, I expected transparency and basic service--neither of which I received. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location. This company should be ashamed of how they treat their customers.

Comment : I wasn’t offered any kind of car care service which was the last question on the survey. I’ve used Christian Brothers before. This time I took my mother’s old car that I gave to my grandson and it was a 1998 Honda Accord with 76,k original miles. The transmission was slipping. To replace was going to be $7100 and I thought his was a little high but we had no time to shop around so we just went with what they said. We did get a 3 year warranty with it.

Comment : Christian Brothers in Arlington off of sublet has worked on three of my vehicles. They always done good and timely work. However, this last experience with my truck was a little messy. I found an oil soaked rag in my engine bay and the technician left oily fingerprint smudges on inside my vehicle on my windshield. Technicians need to do a better job cleaning up after themselves, especially if they?re climbing in to a vehicle
