Comment : I first visited this location twords the end of January. I have a Chevy equinox and it had some issues. I had them fix my rear axle and break pads. after this visit when I receive my vehicle back there was this new very high pitched squeak when I would slow stop (drive through, parent pick up line, every red light or stop sign). this location WAS very nice, they it's most likely the weather but they would love me to bring it back on the 28th of January to see if they can recreate this sound. so the mechanic drove it again and said cold weather makes this type of noise should stop when it warms up. Feb 3rd I delivered a baby. I wasn't able to drive for a while. brings me to my third visit. the car sound is still there. I'm out of the hospital and the weather is much warmer. THIS SOUND IS SO AWFUL, I bring the car in again. I also need to do my registration. so the mechanic says sound is coming from the front. while this mechanic (the original that fixed my car) was on lunch a different mechanic says the sound is coming from rear. (I was also told I now had to small traces of debris on my brake pads, ((that wasn't there visit 1)) can that happen when they are changing them. given the sound never happened until after I bring my car in??) regardless they honor the warranty and replaced the rear axle and break pads again. low and behold the SOUND IS GONE FINALLY.

go to get my registration done from the slip left in my car. trusting the mechanic put mine in my vehicle I'm confused when the clerk is telling me my registration is pending currently that my registration was taken care of that day prior. come to find out the mechanic swapped mine and a 2015 Acura registration paperwork. small inconvenience, thankfully the clerks office was able to pull my inspection up via their system. maybe the mechanic is over worked.

now for the reason I have 3 stars. it's because of the front desk attendant Jose.

I come in with my child to pick up my car. I want to get clarity on this sound since he is telling me the mechanic said the sound is coming from the front. not only does this man do air quotes at me, he proceeds to talk over me telling me in a mocking tone that a car has break pads on alllllll fooooour tires. like I'm in kindergarten and new to driving. my 8 year old son got up and walked over when this conversation started becoming mocking. my son witnessed this mans behavior. all it did was make me want to leave the situation immediately. not only had I delivered a baby roughly 6 weeks to this moment but my irritation and anger that this man just did air quotes and spoke to me the way he did in front of my child, I became to tear up. the most embarrassing part of my encounter. I genuinely turned around after paying my 18.00 inspection got in my car and left. it did turn into a life lesson with my son that even though someone feels they have the right to speak to you how ever they choose you don't have to surround yourself with that energy and mindset. I don't want anything from this location. the car is working beautiful now and I'm sure this location on a good day is amazing. I just didn't receive that treatment at first.

now another front staff heath did handle my vehicle after this interaction. he overheard the end of this conversation and convinced me after I left over the phone to not use a different location and he apologized for the mans behavior suggesting I work with him or another female they had on staff that day. it shouldn't have been his place to apologize for Jose's...bad day, lack of understanding how to communicate his thoughts? maybe he just thought since I'm a woman he can talk down to me. idk. but jose should have been held accountable for himself...not heath.

Comment : If I'm not doing my own work on my car I'm taking it to Christian Brothers Automotive. I've never had a bad experience with them. All of my interactions with the staff are top notch. They are through with the courtesy inspection. That are one of a hand full of places that will allow you to provide your own parts of you have them.

Comment : I will never go here for car repair again! I went to have my clutch replaced and paid over 3,000! After several days I get my jeep back with new noises and new issues that were not there before the repair. They took my jeep back and kept it for 3 more days and upon return they blamed the noises and issues on other parts they supposedly did not touch. My jeep is a 2018 and not an old falling apart vehicle. Now a week later the check engine light is on. If you go to them for repair you WILL overpay and your vehicle might possibly have other issues when you get it back. They do not know what they are doing!

Comment : I went in today to ask them to help me to look at something that was making noise under my truck. They diagnosed it quickly. Told me it was the cover on the oil pan. They replaced the clips that held it in place. All for no charge.
